"Situated in the middle of bhavnagar so the location is easily accessible. It is really a heritage hotel. The hotel seems like an old world ambiance, old paintings and photographs of the royal family of bhavnagar. It feels good to look and stay there. Rooms were cleaned, room service was good. Overall a good experience."

"The location is far from the city and the surroundings are desolate This hotel is similar to a small resort. There is a liquor store in the inconspicuous corner behind the swimming pool. Alcohol is prohibited in this state. The hotel can issue liquor certificates to foreigners to buy liquor. The room is relatively large, the facilities are relatively new, and the cleanliness is good The service ecology is very good, the attitude of the front desk is okay, the lobby manager is really holding back"

"Grit boutique hotel. Not v big. But polite staff. Absolutely clean. Rooms were ok size but good ac. Food at restaurant was delicious. Breakfast had grit variety and tasty. All in all good boutique hotel in middle of city. Just 10mins aways from airport"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying in nilambaug palace in bhavnagar. It was absolutely unique and memorable. The heritage palace, rooted deeply in history, gives glimpses into the life of a royal. It transports you back in time with architecture cum grandeur the whole complex boasts in its expanse of lawns and intricate detailing. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, though they do give off an old-world charm, though some of the amenities can be a little modern to add comfort. The staff hospitality is commendable; they always kept looking at us attentively and ensured that our stay was comfortable. The food served at the in-house restaurant of this palace was delicious, offering a combination of traditional gujarati and other indian dishes, plus it adds to the royal ambiance while dining. The most striking feature is, of course, its serene atmosphere-a refreshing departure from the frenetic pace of city life. Despite it needing a few upgrades, especially relating to modern facilities, the charm of staying in a royal palace compensates well beyond these shortcomings. It is perfect for anyone who likes experiencing heritage and luxury, in touch with history."

"Very well maintained heritage property with total 9 rooms. Personalised & superb hospitality with care & consideration for even small things. Chiragbhai, the resort manager is extremely supportive & an amazing person to talk to. Great place to relax & unwind with very peaceful environment ad-mist the slow village life. A tv room, game room & swimming pool - are in house activities, sufficient to spend some time with friends & family. Chef ashish ***** with pramod & shubham are exceptional in food department right from taste, asking for special requests, food for kid & service. The housekeeping team did very well too. Overall, an excellent stay"
