Rock Garden of ChandigarhSshreya1212Chandigarh’s main claim to fame when it comes to tourist attractions is the Rock Garden. Created out of waste (broken ceramics, glass bangles, glass bottles, and more) over a period of several decades, the Rock Garden is arranged in such a way that you follow a definite path to visit it all. The path meanders past displays of figurines, castle-like structures, high walls and so on, all of which give the impression more of a sort of trek through the ruins of a castle dotted across a forest. Some of it is more than a little weird, with odd contortions and strangely misshapen forms.
