"Hotel lemon tree, hubli is located in a very nice locality, surrounded by both commercial as well as residential habitats. Property is very good, rooms are spacious. Need a slight improvement in staff training. Basically all the staffs are very good, very well mannered, always ready to help but what i felt, they are not very well trained. Professionalism is seen lacking sometimes in comparison to the brand lemon tree. Rest everything is great ! a very good stay for solo travellers, business travelers or family trips. Food is good. But breakfast spread need to add atleast one or two more non veg items. It was only eggs in breakfast."

"The price is not high, so some facilities do not report too high expectations. Very close to the airport, just come out. The room decoration is quite satisfactory. Breakfast is messy, there is no plate, the table where the customer has eaten before, the plate is still on the table. Barely find a place to sit down, let the waiter give me a knife and fork. There are not many choices for breakfast."

"The location is good. We had dinner at Gufa (cave), the forest-themed restaurant. Good food. Overall service is very good. As a family, we have stayed here 3 or 4 times. This is my family's favourite hotel in Hubli. Whenever we visit Hubli, we stay here."

"I stayed at The Fern Residency, Hubballi for a night with my family, booking two rooms. The property is well-maintained and located in a convenient area with several vegetarian restaurants nearby. We had dinner at Mishra Pedha which was about 600 meters from the Fern Residency and this restaurant is certainly recommended While not a brand-new hotel, it is neatly maintained, and the effort to keep it fresh is evident. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a well-functioning duct air conditioning system. The bathrooms were also quite large and fully stocked with amenities like a toothbrush, soap, shaving kit, shower kit, a comb etc. I didn't have the chance to try the breakfast since I had to leave early, so can the service was impressive. I requested a bottle of water from room service at 6:30 AM and received it within minutes. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would certainly recommend this hotel for its comfort, location, and service."

"location is a bit from both the towns but once your inside it's really good. Great Management. rooms where neat and clean. yes be aware there's a train station right beside. food was good. special kudos to Mr.Shambil, Ms Shivani and Ms. Msukan...these people were so committed well spoken and took care of us as their own family member. much appreciated "

"Great hotel at a great location. The rooms and amenities are basic and do not reflect luxury. The soap and shampoo in the dispensers were of commercial quality. The room rates were super premium though. To that extent, did not find value for money. The bed linen was not of standard."
