They left without mending it. Reported the issue with TV not working with reception. But no one bother to come and fix the TV during our stay. Room no. 3011"

Public transportation was also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the rest of the city. Location: the hotel’s prime location is a major highlight. Situated near ragunath temple, it allowed me to explore the city effortlessly. Whether i wanted to visit market or enjoy the local nightlife, everything was just a stone’s throw away. Despite being in a busy part of town, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. Food: the dining options at the hotel were exceptional. I had breakfast at their in-house restaurant, which offered a variety of both dishes. The buffet was well-organised, with fresh and delicious options ranging from fruits, pastries, and cereals. The service at the restaurant was also attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal. Service: what truly made the stay special was the impeccable service. From the moment i checked in, the staff was courteous and welcoming. They were eager to help with recommendations and directions, and any requests were promptly addressed. The room was always spotless after returning from a day out. The concierge went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Overall, my stay at kc residency was a memorable experience.
