"Positive Feedback: cleaning staff was very humble. The staff in the morning breakfast dinning area was making most of their efforts to cater all the guests with the food. Food items had a wide range and good quality and taste. Rooms were average, I booked city view for rooms however on arrival the reception guy offered me back side view. I accepted without objection. Negative Feedback: the facility needs better maintenance. Tiles on the entry are broken. The reception roof has webs all over. The roof top was dusty. Swiming pool washroom and changing rooms needs better maintenance they were stinking. Jacuzzi should have booking systems if the demands are higher. Overall happy."

"No napkins, sleepers in the room. Quality of hangers found pathetic sofa provided in the room was horrible, if you sit on it, it slides and hence no place to sit in room. Room service items are very costly. A cup of tea was charged rs 125. 00 will not go to it again"
