The hotel is excellent and the staff courteous. The breakfast was also good. The property is right on nh66 and reconstruction work is going on in front of the hotel which is inconvenient but i suppose it will get completed in a matter of time. Good property to stay in whilst visiting kozhikode

Good location in city. Enough space to park car. Rooms spacious, but shows signs of aging as the upkeep is not up to mark. There are signs of wear and tear at several spots in the room and its furniture and furnishings and bathroom. But room okay if you are not looking for poshness and are happy for just an accommodation. Room rates are very affordable.

The hotel premises and room was neat, courteous behaviour from staffs. No delay in checkin and checkout, took max 5 mins. Peaceful stay, also it's a place where group bookings happen for family get-togethers or official events. So there could be bulk bookings. My family and i were happy with the stay and it was a one day trip to the city.

It's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case.
