"slow service. we had to ask for basic amenities like toilet roll, refilling of water bottle. linen including bed linen had stain and we had to ask to change. dust and hair on the floor post arrival that they should check before arrival. food quality needs to.imrpove and they keep serving repetitive menu which limited. Staffs were helpful. Only advantage is the view ...due to which I booked the room there. Most of the amenities which are mentioned are on request so they need to mention it online as people think that it would their in the room. hope you improve "

"We stayed in this property for 3 days.The place is spacious and very clean….,we were hardly given any choices for vegetarian breakfast.Also when the key was not handed over to the reception on the second morning,the apartment was opened without our consent for cleaning.This is not acceptable and the person incharge should understand that without permission,entry is forbidden.The basic need like drinking water and towels unless asked were not provided.Also the television in the room is of a laptop size with hardly any channels subscribed.To sum up,there is a lot of scope for improvement."

"The hotel was located at a good place which was easily accessible and was near to the city market and other tourist spots which helped us to reach those places easily. The room was very neat and clean and well maintained. It had all the facilities like TV, AC, Wifi, Geyser, etc. The staff was very welcoming and supportive whenever we needed any help. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and it was delicious. The complimentary breakfast was kind of okay and could be improved a bit. In overall, my stay was pretty nice and I would like to visit this place again."

"We recently stayed at Taj Madikeri, Coorg, and had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The ambience is stunning, nestled in lush greenery with peaceful views. The Buddha Garden is especially calming, and we also enjoyed kayaking, which was a great experience. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean.
The Fern Tree offered excellent food; everything was fresh and flavourful, with the cottage cheese steak and chocolate marquise being standouts.
Overall, our stay at Taj Madikeri was truly memorable. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality in Coorg."
