"A wonderful hotel - sometimes in India 4-star hotels cannot boast such spacious and clean rooms (there was a mini-suite). At the same time, the price is more than affordable. It is located 5-7 minutes walk from the Brahadeesvara Temple. The only downside is weak wi-fi. I would like to see something meaty for breakfast - at least chicken sausages...))"

"We stayed at executive room and it was spacious with the amenities reqd like the sofa, kettle, tea and toiletries... However, the room should be maintained. Looks like it’s an old property which is renovated. The chairs looked dusty. No one assisted us with the car parking and we were not sure where to park and tried to figure out by that time one more car was behind and started honking. Once we checked in the response was good from the staffs. So small issues which the management can look in to and fix it. "

"It is not a pleasant stay but there is plenty of room for improvements.
When shower water seep thru the bottom glass shower screen and make a big mess- looking gross.
Towels are not soft and not washed with comforter
Disappointed with the breakfast. Ordered onion uttapam and the batter are not cooked properly. Filter coffee doesn’t taste good. Idly is not solid and tastes fresh. Found hair on the idly thongs and informed the person working there to immediately removed and change."

"Staff were very kind helpful and room was also clean and neat, bathroom was also clean, and they also have place for drivers to take rest and refresh which is helpful for people who have drivers good place overall it was good place. GGuest UserWe stayed on this property on 25th January 2025. This is basically kind of apartment which has 5 family rooms. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a family stay. Balaji and staff are superb in making your stay comfortable. Rooms are super clean and very well maintained. Food is not available on the site but upon request they will provide you. He had already informed us about the food unavailability before arrival, but since we could not find good restaurants nearby we checked with him if he can arrange food. He had arranged nice homely food on our arrival. Tea, coffee are available in house at anytime on request basis. Balaji also was also helpful in planning our iternary to visit places nearby. He voluntarily created a Google map with different sites to visit in which order, where can we have good food in Kumbakonam. I would recommend to anyone planning to visit.

GGuest UserClean room, good parking space, away from noise pollution, closer to shopping, restaurant attached. Did not use room service so cannot comment. Restaurant food was no issue. Except for a defective flush, the washroom was ok. Could not get enough hot water before 5 am. But no issue on hot water after 5 am. Hump near the entry gate was pathetic. High possibility that it will touch your vehicle chassis. This needs to be rectified.

GGuest UserPros: area is very close to bus stand, eateries and tanjore big temple. Room is neat and clean. A/c was functioning. Room is big. Cons: overall building is new. Still 3rd floor is being built, we were in that floor, could see cement and bricks lying opposite to our room, workers were working there. Room had ants, mosquitoes and lizards. Damp walls around bathroom. Single bed in the triple room was a fold-able one, it was not comfortable. Only one fan in the room which was above the queen bed.
