Nicely maintained room and washroom. Parking is average with very narrow approach and soil ground not clean. B class restaurant is just namesake with very limited items and time.

We actually stayed in Heritage Madurai but werent happy with the food there. So one day, we visited GRT regency to have lunch and were bowled over with their quality and hospitality even though we didnt stay at their place. We loved the place so much that for the next 3 days, we visited GRT for lunch thereafters. They took care of our 10 year old son and mother who was a senior citizen Special mention to Jeyapandian, Govidrajan, Francis and Vishnu for their wonderful care and hospitatlity. Will never forget their timely help.

The location of property is good, but the property is not maintained. Sometimes ac is working some time it's not working. Hot water will come only at morning time. Dinner time we get very limited food option, they excused that in day time bigger group came and we ran out of items. Complementary breakfast was ok. But some of the idly we get was tasted stale. But other food item was tasty.
