People who return from Girivalam or the temple will be tired and they need a calm place to rest but the staff was always arguing in loud voices in the corridor all the time. Even internal discussions or complaints sounded like fights and made the environment noisy Most disturbing Someone booked the room with breakfast. It was not internally communicated to the staff over there. He was waiting with his kid in the pantry for breakfast. Instead of offering him, she was continuously on call and arguing with someone to validate the payment. I was requested by my friend to kindly help his wife and her friends who are in their retirement age for 1 night accommodation during a long weekend followed by Pournami. As we know, Arunachala is usually packed during Pournami, and one can imagine the crowd, when a long weekend followed by Pournami.. Even though I cautioned those elderly ladies, they were somehow keen to attend during this time, as they wouldn't get holidays in near future and they are about to retire. They just requested me to help with 2 rooms for these 4 ladies for a night stay.. While I tried several places and couldn't succeed, I was very inspired by the response from Lokesh and Sandhya of Hotel Arunachala.. They somehow managed and helped these elderly ladies with a comfortable stay. My sincere thanks to Lokesh and Sandhya for their timely help and support during this peak times... I would recommend guests to stay at this place and experience the hospitality of the management of Hotel Arunachala..
