"Food quality is good but service slow and erratic though courteous. A bit too expensive. The above comments are for in room dining. I did not eat at the restaurant. Room has no ironing board and iron and no hair dryer. AC vents should be directed to ensure even cooling of room. Quality of service is good and staff are very genial, accessible and go out of the way to help. Front desk managers are great. Security staff very helpful. Wi fi and net connectivity leaves much to be desired. We stayed 8 days and each day ( often many times in a day) , the user name, even room number and password changes. Toilets and bath good. Laundry very expensive. Over all it gives value for money and any day I would return for a stay. Over all happy compared to other hotels in the class except Hyatt Regency. Thanks"

Enough and more charging points. Well functioning ac. Excellent food. Very spacious and safe parking area."

"Well maintained room and premises, good staff, all facilities are proper and restaurant was well maintained. Only watchman need to be educated by management that vehicle of guest staying in room is priority than those visitinh for food only or have a valet parking."

"Sterling guruvayur stay was excellent pros - 1) the place was clean and well maintained 2) - room service was efficient 3) ac, hot water facilities worked very well cons - 1) the receptionist had agreed for a late checkout at an additional cost and then next day morning a different manager refused it forcing us to book another hotel at the nth minute 2) housekeeping isn’t upto the mark 3) breakfast buffet options are very limited and nothing is hot 4) menu for room service also isn’t great overall - with guruvayur being a tourist location, flexible check in and check out with additional cost should be allowed because it’s not a hub with great transport system like airport and railway station and given the weather it’s impossible to wait outside for your train especially with two little kids. Also, food options should he provided including a menu in the room for room service due to language restraint."
