Cominciamo con il dire che giro tanti hotel, specie in Calabria e che di 4 stelle non hanno nulla … il park hotel Tyrrenian invece si !!! Andiamo per punti dato che ho letto recensioni assurde … Dintorni : C’è bisogno dell’auto per vedere i paesini intorno o per uscire la sera , però a piedi si possono raggiungere le cose primarie come supermarket , bar , rosticceria e negozio cinese enorme che ha tutto Mare : ciottoli , di fronte alla struttura , cristallino e spettacolare , lido attrezzato e pulito Hotel : esterni super curati e puliti , giardini molto belli e scenografici , interni di lusso , grande parcheggio Staff : reception , GENTILISSIMI e CORTESI , dato che ho letto cose terribili , con me sono stati disponibili gentili e sempre con il sorriso , hanno anche accontentato sempre le mie richieste senza mai far storie , anzi Personale di sala …. Che dire , sono il fulcro di questo hotel sono straordinari , professionali , gentili , sempre pronti a soddisfare qualunque richiesta del cliente , con il sorriso ed una pazienza infinita , dato che alcuni clienti sono maleducati e si lamentano di cose inventate Cibo : chi ha scritto che ha fatto colazione fuori dal hotel o ha mangiato fuori , consentitemi di dirvi : avete qualche problema grave ! Il cibo non solo è di ottima qualità , pesce freschissimo ogni giorno a pranzo e cena , sughi da fare la scarpetta , pasta sempre al dente , porzioni abbondanti , bottiglia di vino offerta ad ogni pasto ed aperta dinanzi a noi , colazione super ! Dal dolce al salato non manca nulla … Piscina : piccola ma sinceramente inutile con quel mare di fronte , però dotata di getti idromassaggio Camere : spaziose, con balcone , pulite , attrezzate di tutto , kit cortesia completo di spazzolino , set da barba (in aggiunta alle normali cose che vengono date ) asciugamani morbide , firmate e sempre pulite Animazione : molto soft e molto se mi cerchi forse faccio qualcosa o forse no … Unica nota dolente ed inaccettabile per un 4 stelle sono i distributori automatici a colazione … creano file lunghe , disagi al cliente , caffè terribile e problemi al personale di sala che con immensa pazienza cerca soluzioni che purtroppo non possono trovare dato che non dipende da loro … in ogni caso sia il bar del hotel che il lido fanno un buon caffè Riassunto : struttura ottima , mare spettacolare , cibo divino , personale super cortese competente e gentile … unica preghiera … mettete le Macchinette del caffè come quelle dei bar !!!
