Tutto il personale s'impegna, è cordiale e disponibile (proprietario, compagna e 3 figli minorenni), oltre a due addette alle pulizie ed alle camere. Struttura ai piani vetusta. In molte camere mancano supporti di sicurezza. Non sono garantite attività dichiarate in fase di prenotazione. Ottima la presenza di infermiera e operatrice socio sanitaria per assistenza a persone anziane. Località misera di attrattive. Posizione hotel disagevole per persone anziane o con problemi di deambulazione. L'erogazione dei servizi di ristorazione molto discutibile e votata al risparmio assoluto di tempo e denaro, senza rispettare i tempi degli ospiti. L'albergo è pulito ed accogliente, ma la parte importante la fanno i pranzi e le cene di livello superiore al loro costo, unitamente alla gentilezza della proprietaria e dell'intero staff. La sera era organizzato un corso sulla degustazione dei vini tenuto da un sommelier e, nonostante noi non fossimo iscritti, ci hanno coinvolto nell'evento. Poi, dopo il check out la mattina successiva, ci hanno tenuto la macchina in garage ancora per mezza giornata, non a mia richiesta, ma me lo hanno proposto. Grazie ancora

Mi è stato regalato un soggiorno presso l’Hotel moderno , fin da subito la titolare Alessandra ci ha accolti con un super sorriso accompagnandoci alla camera, super pulita, profumata e con un letto matrimoniale comodissimo. Dalle 17 alle 20 abbiamo usufruito dell’ Area spa, dove ci sono stati consegnati accappatoio e salviettone. Davvero pazzesca, tenuta benissimo con la possibilità di bersi in tutta tranquillità un the caldo o una tisata. Per la cena siamo stati serviti da Alessia, ragazza carinissima che con il sorriso ci ha degustati con super tagliolini al ragù di cervo, gnocchetti allo stracchino e tagliata con patatine. A fine servizio Giorgio il manager dell’ hotel ci ha servito il caffè, fantastico!! Ritornerò sicuramente, consigliatissimo davvero. Mi sono congratulata con i titolari Alessandra e Stefano poichè è sempre bello ma raro trovare un posto nel quale ci si sente a casa. Ritornerò sicuramente. Congratulazioni per tutto davvero wow

Rooms: The rooms are designed to cater to guests who prioritize their wellness, with clean, minimalistic decor and luxurious amenities such as a Dyson blow dryer, a full toiletry kit, a Nespresso machine, a Marshall speaker, and a weighted ball and yoga mat that provide suggested workouts through a QR code. On the nightstand, you'll find an iPad butler that allows you to surf the web and provides information about the hotel's services, local attractions, and nearby restaurants. The first floor rooms have a patio. Housekeeping services the room daily, restocking items such as the minibar, towels, toiletry kits, coffee, and snacks. Breakfast: It is recommended to plan for breakfast at a different location, as the QC Room only offers a small packaged cookie and coffee for breakfast. Check-out: Checking out is easy. Simply let the person working in the front lobby know when you are ready to leave. Getting to the spa: The walk to the spa is a short walk however down the ramp through the parking lot.

The facility is very clean and is included in a sports service environment ( at the time of our stay was closed for ferragosto holidays) Decentralized area by Bergamo city but well connected to the car. The room and bathroom are very clean. Welcome to the excellent staff. Careful breakfast with the presence of various selected products. Free parking not safe but still safe and alternatively, for only 2 euros, parking covered with access barrier. Additional note: They recommended a restaurant a few km from the hotel, Trattoria Taiocchi, with which they have a 10% discount agreement, regularly applied, where we eat very well.
