"Check in was not good. Despite pre-paid the room, at check in they wanted to charge me again and worst of all at the room rate was double what I have booked. They only accepted I have prepaid when I managed to produce the evidence (print out of my booking). Eventually I was told they had mistaken me with another customer with the same name. It was very uncomfortable experience. But to be fair, during the rest of my stay, the staffs were all very friendly."

"Without further ado, the hotel is super! In the morning we woke up, saw the mountains in the window - the view is gorgeous. It is much cheaper, compared to Florence. Getting to Prato, where the hotel is located, is easy and fast, about 20 minutes by train, which runs every 10-15 minutes. The hotel has everything you need, as well as an excellent breakfast. I recommend it to everyone, do not overpay for hotels in the center."

"I went on December 11th and stayed one night. The hotel is close to the Prato Est motorway exit and is very convenient. There is free outdoor parking. The very spacious room (even with 2 beds) is functional. Friendly staff and rich and varied buffet breakfast. The hotel is starting to feel a little dated and ”anonymous” for my personal taste but for the occasion it went more than well."
