Our house is located in the Village PORTO LUNA 2, a beautiful quiet and safe environment, among the scents and colors of flowers, in a privileged position with magnificent views, privacy and a few steps from the beach of IS TRAIAS of white sand and rocks. The sea slopes gently, ideal and safe for children and adults (c. 5 min walk).The long beach of Simius - Timi Ama - Porto Giunco can be reached with a short walk through the smooth rocks (route not recommended for children). The house has an independent entrance and is composed of a large covered terrace facing the sea, table and chairs and two sun loungers for your relaxation. Entering the house you will be welcomed into a small dining room with table, chairs, LCD TV, sofa as well as a small bedroom with a bunk bed and wardrobe compartment. On the lower floor there is, in addition to the kitchenette, the bathroom with shower and bidet (both with windows). On the mezzanine floor there is the double bedroom with direct access to the second covered terrace, always with sea view, with stone BBQ, stone sink and small garden. At the foot of the staircase is the small room that houses the washing machine. There is air conditioning (hot / cold). Parking place for residents (not assigned, uncovered, not guarded). On the beach there is lifeguard service and a few meters from the sea you will find the 'S'Amada' bar / restaurant. The property was renovated internally in 2012 and the bathroom redone in February 2019, the roof thermal insulation system was made with ecological materials. Given the presence of stairs, the structure is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties or very small children.The house is equipped with bed / bath linens. On request we can rent cushions for outdoor deckchairs.The garbage, previously divided according to the rules, must be taken to the appropriate ecological island of the village.
