"pretty hotel, looks like a palace. room was very big for the price. beware because the hotel is NOT in nagoya, it is in a neighboring city, and transportation from and to nagoya is quite expensive and the trains don’t come that often. there is a shinkansen station right in front of it, there is no need to go to nagoya station. the room was big and comfortable, the walls in my room were a bit dirty but it had a very nice and pretty balcony, tv with youtube and streaming services. bed was very comfortable and hotel has great service, i just wouldnt stay again because of the location."
