"I liked the hot springs and the view overlooking the river from my room, so it was my second stay. There are two large communal baths, 1 floor and 2 floor, so you can enter slowly without getting crowded.
The room was large in a Japanese-style room with a bed and comfortable with a bath and toilet. However, I was worried that the flow of the toilet was weak.
Overall, I think the breakfast is delicious and this price is cheap.
It is a recommended inn for relay accommodation because it is close to Tomioka silk mill and Karuizawa is also close by 20 minutes by car."
"It feels like a hot spring inn that was once crowded.
There are few guests, so it is not crowded, but the room was large and warmed the room before the stay.
I think it is a little-known spot where you can relax in a single room with a large room with a sofa by 8 tatami mats plus windows."
The Guest Inn Yashiro No Mori provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. "We had a pleasant stay at the Mitsuba House for our holidays. It’s a beautiful house, and has everything we need to cook and play. The Owner kept the house so nice and clean, and most importantly, the house is warm. I had a bad experience before staying in a Japanese House and it was very cold. The Owner is super friendly, walked us through the house to make sure everything is fine and we stay comfortably at Mitsuba House.
I will definitely like to stay at Mitsuba House again when we come to the area. Highly recommended!"
"The hotel is clean and has a large public bath.
However, if I had a sauna, I would be closer to being ``very satisfied''.
Breakfast is also buffet style, so the downside is that you have to line up in the morning and it takes about 10 minutes.
Improvements are needed as it is still mandatory to wear gloves, which takes extra time.
*Why are masks and disinfection not mandatory?"
"The staff are kind and courteous, the room is clean, the dinner and breakfast are very good, especially the tofu pot for breakfast. The outdoor hot spring is a bit small, but the heat is moderate"
