"Japanese hotels are generally just passable. Everything feels quite outdated compared to what you'd find in China. For instance, the in-room charging facilities are like something from a decade ago back home! And, of course, the rooms are tiny. On the bright side, the service is definitely good. However, the breakfast is hardly worth mentioning – there's practically nothing to eat! Honestly, even a standard hotel in China offers a far better breakfast."
"Great service, breakfast is simple but fulfilling. Cute room details like cloud ceiling, enough space for opening any suitcase. 20 minutes walk from Gakunan line but the view is rewarding. Thank you!"
"A very good place to stay with before starting your journey to the Mt Fuji and its surrounding areas. Steps to/from the JR station. On Floor 4 of North Building, there is a lookout to view the amazing Fuji mountain given the weather is clear. Nice local restaurants and bars are also within walking distance from the hotel. The only point of demerit is that the hotel has no laundry facilities which means you have to carry your laundry basket to the nearby laundry facilities which is 200-300m away. Overall I would rate it 4 star."
"Rooms are compact but well-equipped, convenient, clean, and highly functional. The bedding was standard but perfectly adequate. Breakfast, for a business hotel, was exceptional. The hotel offers extensive self-service facilities, including check-in/out, luggage storage, and laundry/drying. Its location right next to Shin-Fuji Shinkansen station makes major transportation very convenient. However, it's not situated in a vibrant part of town or the old district, so local amenities are scarce. Given the affordable price, the overall experience was positive."
"Very clean and new hotel, comfortable and nice but the location is not too convenient. It doesn't have much impact if you drive, as there are many restaurants near the hotel."
"I made a mistake when booking the hotel, thinking that Fuji Station was close to Mount Fuji, but it turns out they're completely unrelated. Since the price was cheap and I couldn't cancel, I just dealt with it. Everyone, when booking a hotel, please make sure to check the exact location on the map."
"Awesome, the staff's service attitude is very good, dinner and breakfast are buffet, there are fish and fried chicken nuggets, adults and children love it. When you eat in the restaurant, you can directly see the beauty of Mount Fuji. I think the location is very good. The room was cleaned very clean and it is worth staying at the hotel again."
"What a great hotel! I had a vehicle but there is a shuttle to the shin Fuji station. Room with a view! Fujisan graced its presence! Onsen was clean and nice. Room very spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay in the Fuji region. Also free parking. I don’t try breakfast, but looked busy."
"We made a pitstop here on our visit to Kyoto. Great view of Fuji-san from the room.
But the window has a metal wire design that does not allow a very clear view. You can adjust to take pictures. Irrespective, we enjoyed our stay.
The people at front desk are kind and prompt in helping you with your needs. Can store luggage after check-out.
The pictures are for reference, looks better in reality."
"The room is short and compact like the style of a Japanese express hotel, but the door lock is innovative. The door lock is a password lock. The password is randomly generated when checking in. This is not only safer, but also saves plastic room cards, which is indeed more environmentally friendly. The hotel strictly implements a no-smoking policy, and the visitors are mainly young people. The breakfast layout is also quite appropriate, the ingredients are fine, and it is completely self-service, which is worth promoting. The most surprising thing is that you can see Mount Fuji in the distance on the way to the station by taking the outdoor elevator."

Very Good
LLIUThis is a traditional Japanese hotel with a long history. In addition to Japanese special rooms, there are shared shower/small hot springs, free massage chairs, refrigerator microwave and other facilities. Some rooms have windows to see Mount Fuji. The most important thing is the polite and meticulous service. This store can be experienced as part of a tourist attraction.
GGuest UserA cute and cozy guesthouse with an amazing view of the fuji from the rooftop. Not too many attractions nearby but after a ride with a bus there is a lot of beautiful nature. So if you intend to stay in a calmer environment maybe to calm down after staying in big cities its perfect. The service is amazing as well. The owner helped a lot to get night bus tickets as the website translation was confusing...
