"We checked in at night. There were two hotels with the same name in the same location, probably both belonging to the same group. I saw a sign outside one of them indicating the other hotel was for check-in, but during check-in, they kept asking if I had booked three nights. It turned out they hadn't checked the name carefully and gave me a room from someone else. That person had booked a single room, and I only found out after I went to the room and showered that everything was only enough for one person. It turned out the hotel still gave me a room from the other hotel. In the end, I went to the front desk and got an extra towel and pillow, and slept in that room for the night."
