"Friendly staff. Good location in about the middle of the island with free parking. Clean and spacious with many plugs. Family mart down stairs.
Negatives are: gecko in the room, no bottled water, pillow with very little stuffing makes you feel like sleeping without a pillow. Cleaning is every 3 days and only if you put a sign up for it. Bathroom is typically small as Japanese standard, which is a loss because they could've made the room larger by merging the ”changing” room with the bathroom."
"Overall, we are satisfied with our stay for 2 nights. Though there is a few that could have been better. First, the cleanliness of the room. As we entered there was a few spots that are dusty and the floor has remaining dirts too, the floor is also super rough that my baby could not crawl into. The bed, I found white/gray hair on it, and it felt like the bedsheets weren’t changed from previous user. BUT the location is very nice, the staffs are very friendly, the amenities are specially outdoor pool is very good and last but not the least, the restaurant Paseo Garden is superb very good, the food was really great, the best breakfast buffet at a restaurant I have ever been. So yes, Laguna hotel is recommended if you’re considering visiting Okinawa."
"We booked this hotel because of the Kaiyan Festival. It’s about a 30-minute walk from Ginowan. It allowed us to see the fireworks of the Kaiyan Festival very smoothly. There is a 24-hour supermarket opposite, which is very convenient. The service at the counter is very friendly. This hotel Parking costs an extra ¥1,000. The hotel provides a microwave, washing machine, and a small balcony. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is a little bit worse. The lights in the room are not bright enough. It would be better if it could be strengthened!"
"It feels like an apartment for a single person.
There is a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, washing machine, and hair dryer, and you can rent a cooking set for 1,500 yen during your stay.
There is a supermarket nearby, so it is recommended for long-term stays."
"The hotel staff spoke excellent English, and the service was superb. The entire place was clean and tidy. The à la carte afternoon tea was also delicious. We particularly appreciated the option of a one-bedroom suite, which is ideal for family travel, as it allowed adults to relax in the living room while the children slept soundly. It was a fantastic stay."
"The room was spotless, the view was stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return!"
"I stayed for 4 nights for business use. The room was equipped with facilities that could be used for long-term stays such as washing machines and cooking utensils.
It was helpful that the bathroom drying was also installed.
It is very convenient because there were plenty of restaurants behind the hotel.
There is also a parking lot, but it is recommended to make a reservation in advance because there are limited numbers. (¥ 800/1day)
There is also a shared cycle stand in front of the hotel, so you can easily access the beach."
"Very cheap. Good location. Have kitchen utensils. Closer to the beach and supermarket."
