"Toyoko Inn Iwakuni is centrally located in Iwakuni. Exterior is very easy to recognise due to its iconic paintwork. It’s a new hotel so amenities and room feels very good. Bed is also comfortable. It was easy to get a good night rest. Highly recommended."
"Always a good stay here at the Green Rich hotel, nice bath area for guests to enjoy and breakfast if your reservation includes it. One issue that I deal with is their branded shaving razors, they are extremely sharp and I got cut by them a few times. One was bad enough that it took off a whole layer of skin and I had to wear a bandaid on my chin for a couple days, so be very careful. (I have utilized many disposable razors before)"
"The room was infested with bugs. We booked a double room, but only one set of pillows and towels were provided, which were provided upon request. The front desk staff did not speak English, and there was no parking space at the door."
"Experience to do. We are very close to the airport but out of hand for restaurants and lounges in general. The staff at the reception is very kind and helps you in everything. When you arrive in the bathroom, you can choose frozen food baths. The room including the bathroom is very small but it has everything that needs and for a night it's good. The clothes like cleaning is excellent. Great solution to be near the airport."
"The hotel is about 30 minutes away from Miyajima, so I booked a hotel in Iwakuni instead of Miyajima to save money and see Kintai Bridge.
Iwakuni Castle and Kintai Bridge are near the hotel, and I could see Kintai Bridge from my room, which was nice.
There is a large bath and an open-air bath inside the hotel, so I think there are many things to enjoy. You can see Kintai Bridge and Iwakuni Castle from the open-air bath.
Actually, there is not much to see, but I think the large bath alone is worth going.
I originally booked a room with a mountain view, but I was given a room with a view of Kintai Bridge, which was even better.
The staff are all friendly, so even if you don't speak Japanese, they will slowly teach you."
"It was conveniently located just a short walk from Iwakuni Station.
There was a convenience store right in front of the hotel, so it was convenient!
It was nice to be able to walk home from the drinking district.
However, when you open the window you can see the wall of the neighboring building (lol).
It doesn't bother me at all, but if you don't like it, please be careful.
(It may depend on the location of the room)"
"The front desk was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious, although it was an additional 500 yen. It was inconvenient that the light in the room could only be turned on at the entrance."
"It was a convenient location and easy to find. It was perfect room size for one person. Staff was nice!"
