"The front desk and cleaning were very kind and the amenities were abundant and I was very happy. I was worried because there was no car, but I was very helpful with renting a bicycle. Also, it was very convenient because there was a hotel in front of the station. I would like to use it again when I go to Izumi! (^o^) Thank you! !!"

"Cabin lodging, clean and fully equiped. You literally park right up your cabin, easy to get things from the car, load/unload luggage etc. Staff was lovely as well. There are 2 pharmacies (sells frozen food, daily necessities, cosmetics etc) just beside so it’s convenient to get snacks. Laundry room has 2 wash&dry machines. The nearby self service yakiniku (6mins drive) was delicious too. Hotel provides a frozen bento for each paid guest per night, simple to follow instructions to heat up in in-room microwave. Bed and bathroom were clean and new, it’s a good and comfortable stay. The area is however likely farmland so it smells abit like the zoo, but close the door and the room is perfectly alright, aircon is great too. Highly recommend. Location is not too out of the way, it is more suitable for road trips than touristy things."

"Despite the reservation on the day this time, we are very grateful for your kind response. The inside of the hotel is clean and has a wide selection of tea, water, coffee and tea confectionery, which is perfect. The room was equipped with microwave oven and kettle with thermometer. The bath was also clean and nice with a cherry blossom bath. Also, when I made a reservation, check-in was late and I was late for a special response, but it was a really pleasant trip to the soft response of the front desk. I would like to come again."
