"思っていた以上に部屋もきれいで臭いもなく快適にすごさせていただきました。温泉も夕食前と朝と2回ゆっくりと入れました。ただ私事ですが予約した部屋が広すぎて洋室か和室のプランで良かったですね。 食事もワンランク上の松坂牛(プランがうまっていた)がやはり食べたかったかな！スタッフさんもテキパキしていて若い子が印象的でした。 朝食のときに、うちのシ-ズに声をかけて頂いてそれに私達ともいろいろ話して頂いてありがとうございました。スタッフさんと話をするのも旅行の楽しみだから！また白浜に行くことがあればぜひ行きたいです。"

"The boss is very warm and friendly! The location is great, just beside the jr station, suitable for people like me who prefer public transportation. We arrived at the hotel that afternoon to store our luggage, bought a half-day bus pass, took the bus from jr station to travel around the entire Baibin, and finally took the last bus back to the hotel at 7 o'clock to rest. When I checked out the next day, I had a brunch at the store next to the station. Very comfortable arrangement."

"Arrive at JR Shirahama Station and then transfer to the taxi for about 4 minutes. It is very close to Toretore market and can be reached on foot. The rooms are panda-shaped and spacious inside. Dinner and breakfast are buffet style "

"Overall was a good experience and nice environment, food was good. Improvement:- It will be good to have buggy service for customers regardless of time as some of us may have big and many luggages to carry by hand to the room. It will be better to have more different variety and choice of dinner food the next day,  as we were dining two days with almost same food."
