"Location: Great as it's near to Kashiwanoha-Campus Station and Lalaport (shopping mall). Surroundings was quiet and near to many amenities.
Parking: Hotel offers subsidised parking rates at JPY 1,000 at a multi-storey car park nearby, but the drop-off point (for large lugagges) is not easy to locate.
Service: Great and professional
Hotel amenities: Great, nothing to complain about as there's hot sauna, gym and laundromat within.
Room cleanliness: This was disappointing as there was a strong ammonia smell (pee) when you enter the room. Despite the hotel staff graciously changing the room, the other room had a slight ammonia smell which would be ”removed” / diffused if you switch the air con and air filter machine on. I hope the hotel tries to fix this as this was the only disappointing factor."
"Amazing yet cramped space. The room size was very small, however very close to train station which was an advantage for us. Next to Donki if people are interested.
Definitely would come again"
"The location is great, close to the station. The breakfast is also delicious. I would like to use it again next time. I can recommend it to everyone with peace of mind."
"The location is excellent, near Kashiwa Station, with complete supporting facilities, very convenient for eating and shopping, and high cost performance.
Facilities: plenty of supplies;
Hygiene: clean and tidy;
Service: Warm and comfortable."
"There is a large shopping mall near the hotel with a lot of delicious food. There is a live fish shop on the ground floor. The dishes are very good. I like it. The large bathhouse in the hotel is also very good. It can relieve the fatigue of the whole day. The room size is also relatively large. Not bad, there is a bed, a dining table and a sofa in Japan!"
"This hotel is very thoughtful. They even provided birthday balloons, cards, and small gifts. Breakfast and dinner were both very good, though dinner was a bit pricey. There's a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient. The service was excellent, and the cleanliness was excellent. The only downside is the location. Transportation isn't very convenient, and sometimes the bus wait can be quite long. While there aren't any commercial areas around the hotel, it's quite quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway."
"Thank you.
The hot springs are the best.
Sanna is the best.
The bedrock bath is the best.
It's right after you get off the station, so the location is great too.
The surroundings are very quiet and the walks are great too."
"The room was very clean and hygienic. There's a JR station nearby, making travel very convenient. There's a yakiniku restaurant not far away, and the meat is excellent, and the prices are better than in the city."
"I use it every time I stay in Kashiwa.
This time I had a friend visiting from overseas, so it was a long stay.
Everyone at the front desk was kind, and my acquaintances were also pleased with the excellent service!
They refilled my bottled water every day and provided me with a nice and clean laundry service, which was very helpful!
The room was just the right size, with enough room for two people to spread out their large carrying cases.
I will continue to use you when staying in Kashiwa!"
"A safe hotel. It was raining heavily when I went to take the exam. The hotel lent me an umbrella. I was so touched. There are convenience stores, McDonald's, Matsuya, etc. next to it, and the house didn't collapse during the earthquake. There is a laundry room and vending machines. If you are thirsty, you can solve it in the hotel."
