Toyoko Inn is about a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Kashiwa Station. Toyoko Inn is also located at the west exit of Kashiwa Station. The east exit seems to be newer. Equipment etc. are standard for Toyoko Inn. There is a shower from the ceiling in the bathroom. The lobby is also spacious. It is a functional business hotel.

Business hotel on the west exit of Kashiwa station and Takashimaya. Just from the station, there are many convenience stores and restaurants around, which is convenient. The facilities are old, but the lobby is large, and the coffee machine in the lobby is free to use during your stay. Wifi is comfortable.

Because it is a hotel developed nationwide, the sense of security, the room and the service are not very different. However, there are many developments in front of the station, and it was a very convenient location here among this hotel chains. From the west exit of Kashiwa station, we were able to climb the concourse of the station on the ２～３ minute and ２ floor by escalator. The department store, convenience store also had １ minutes and the restaurant choice was substantial. Also, breakfast was changed from breakfast with only old rice balls and coffee to breakfast with several kinds of side dishes and rice, and I felt that it was more substantial than in the past. However, the offer from ７ in the morning was a bit late, and as expected, it was complicated and I felt inconvenient. It was roughly as expected, so I will use it next time.

After being separated from our son and daughter-in-law for three years due to the pandemic travel restrictions, we were at last able to fly from the UK to visit them. We have stayed in the Crest Hotel before so we knew it was a great hotel, and this time it was just as good. We traveled around a bit so checked in and out of the Crest 3 times and each time was smooth and problem free. Our room had an impressive view over the city and out to Tokyo and mount Fuji on a clear day. Thanks to all of the staff who looked after us from the front desk to the restaurant, everyone went out of their way to look after us. We fully recommend anyone who is visiting Kashiwa for pleasure or business to stay here. It’s right next to the station with fast connections to Narita, Tokyo and Haneda. We will be back!

Bad point (about lunch buffet) I had tea after the meal, but the hot water seems to have remained intact with tap water, and it smells strange, so it's extremely bad → Mineral water is difficult. At least a water purifier I want you to devise something like passing through It's bad or it can't be helped, but the staff is standing at the entrance and guides the customers, paying attention to them, and it's busy, so it's hard to eat calmly → This is I think it can't be helped, but the inside of the store is not so large, so it's a little troublesome if you move too much. It would be even better if there was an alcohol disinfection spray on each table. It can't be helped because it's in front of the station. However, there is no parking lot. I also listed bad points, including the points I wanted to improve, but I was almost satisfied except for the terrible smell when I put tea, so I will visit again. If you can have lunch at this price, if you live within walking distance, you can visit once a week. However, the water was really terrible, so I reduced it by one ☆ to four. I use it all the time, and the service is good, the rooms are clean, and the staff are great, so I keep coming back. This is a hotel that I highly recommend.

It was a middle day of three consecutive holidays, but it was quite vacant due to the influence of the new coronavirus, so I should have made it the cheapest type of room, but I was glad that it was upgraded to a room with a large bed. As a family dinner party, 6 people use it for lunch at the table seats on the floor. There is nothing but an athletic park around except for hotel guests, and the shop is full when I wondered if there were people who came to eat so far. The private room in the back was also reserved for groups, and a loud voice was out of the way to the store. It was the cheapest lunch, but I chose from 5 types of appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and drinks. In addition, I chose alcohol and soft drinks such as beer, wine, and whiskey for an extra charge. It may be unavoidable in the hot weather, but the air conditioner was quite strong and the beginning was good, but the men felt chilly in the second half.
