My child and I stayed here to visit the school my child was going to attend.
It was nice to be able to study quietly in the spacious space.
We could hear the footsteps of the children of the guests staying on the neighboring floors as they played.
The minimum cooking utensils were provided so we were able to cook our own meals and didn't have to go out to eat, which was helpful.
There was a convenience store right in front of the hotel, so it was also convenient.
I have one thing to say, but I have allergies to house dust and other things, so my nose got really stuffy when I slept.
I wish the futon had been dry cleaned.
Otherwise it was clean and we were very comfortable.
Thank you for your help.
I don't want to live in a hot and noisy area, so I chose this hotel located at Higashi-Matsudo Station.
1) The location is very convenient, 2 minutes walk to the subway, whether it is going to the airport or Disney, it takes about 30 minutes by car (no need to transfer)
2) The room is large, the 3-person room has a space of nearly 400 feet, and the Japanese style room is perfect for children👍
3) There is a kitchen, most of the utensils and tableware are complete, and there is a large refrigerator. Buying and returning home is cooking well👍
4) There are 2 supermarkets near the subway station, including McDonald’s, KFC, izakaya, ramen shop, and convenience store. It is easy to buy food and drink
5) There is a laundry room, we live for 5 days, so there is absolutely no need for laundry
6) The toilets are large, with bathtubs and tubs, separate showers, toilets, and sinks for washing hands. The family has its own way, so don’t wait for a seat😅
It’s a self-service check-in. The hotel gate and room doors all use a password to enter. If you have any problems during your stay, you can only call them by email/phone. In addition, no one will check the room every day, and the garbage must be taken out of the hotel by yourself rubbish 🗑️
The overall cp value is very high, the price is reasonable, very satisfied👍
While retaining the old downtown atmosphere, the area around the station has been undergoing redevelopment, making it a very attractive town with both old and new charms.
10 shopping streets line the streets, making it a convenient place for dining and shopping.

From the tram station, we walked through a quiet residential area. It was not too far, but Google navigation was not very accurate. It was a house with local characteristics and affordable. Because it was a wooden house, the sound insulation was not very good, but everyone was relatively quiet at night.
Very old, very old, if it is not convenient to see fireworks, you will not choose to live here. The bathroom wall is very scary, the bed is still comfortable, it is summer, there is an air-conditioning is very hot, luggage has to be carried to the third floor.
