I don't think it's the same as the route inn that has no particular features. There is a station front, but there was a considerable distance from the west exit of the ticket gate where I got off the Shinkansen at the back of the station (east exit) and to the other side. There are no other shops on this side and there is no convenience store, so when you go, it is recommended to go after buying what you need at the convenience store immediately after exiting the ticket gate.

Stayed for a night without having any of the hotel meals so will only comment on what I experienced. The hotel is situated in a very small town and it was decent considering Shinjo not being a rather popular destination compared to other parts of Yamagata. Free parking and the double room we stayed in was very huge for Japanese standards. Some facilities were old but still clean. WIFI was quite unstable though and some websites took very long to load. Staff at the reception were friendly and check in check out went smooth. There is practically nothing around the area so be prepared to go there with food if your meals are not included, and if you dont have a car. There is only a visible drug store walkable from the hotel, and I think a family mart convenience store some minutes away. We walked to a big supermarket, which was about 15 minutes walk from the hotel along the river.

GGuest UserThe service staff are very kind and enthusiastic. The meals are delicious. Although the surrounding area is not busy, it is very quiet and relaxing. The room is Japanese-style and you can enjoy the beautiful view of the stream by the window. The hot spring temperature is very comfortable and comfortable. There is ice tea in the lobby. It feels very warm when drinking. This stay was a great experience and highly recommended.

GGuest UserI was wondering where to stay because I wanted to go to Hijiori Onsen, which I wanted to try, but I chose this one because it had a good reputation on every site. Guests can also take a bath in the public bathhouse Ueyu, but it is said that it will end at 17:00. Does it look like a mixture of green and brown with a faint metallic odor? The hot water is luxuriously flowing, and there is a lot of metasilicic acid, so my skin became smooth after the bath. Well, after a while, when we returned to our room, it turned out that we had mistakenly been shown to a splendid room that was not originally used in the petit hot spring plan that we had chosen. There is no fault here, so please use it as comfortable**, so it was a room with a washbasin and a toilet. Also, because of the petit hot spring cure plan, we had to eat in the room, but the amount was enough and above all, it was very delicious! My wife doesn't like wild vegetables that have a strong smell and bitterness, but the wild vegetable dishes here have none and the seasoning is outstanding! The other dishes were also very good, not deceptively salty. It was more than enough for a drinker. The bath has a large bathtub and a small bathtub, and you can use either because they change depending on the time of day. I don't have a detailed guidebook, so I don't know the exact replacement time, but if anything, it was a bad timing for me to get into a larger bathtub than my wife because it was a timetable for women first. The private bath is a small bathtub made of cypress, but because of its size, even if another customer is in front of you, the hot water is replaced quickly, so I think it's clean. It seems that the source water is hot, so it seems that water is added, but after bathing, I was able to sleep well at night because the hot spring was so strong that I was exhausted. I'm convinced that the ingredients are 3,330. Thinking about it, isn't it dangerous to take a day trip to the bath while driving? The cleanliness of the facility, the hospitality of the staff, the cuisine, the most important hot springs, and the accommodation fee that matches them. Considering these balances, it may not be an exaggeration to say that this is the number one hot spring accommodation facility I have ever stayed at. (Although the room has been upgraded) If you raise the price a little, the food will be even more luxurious, and it was a wonderful inn with no complaints. I want to experience many hot springs, so basically there are few repeats, but this is an ant!

Mmeimeng leungHotels in Yinshan Hot Spring are very expensive and difficult to book, so I booked this one. The price is affordable. After sightseeing in Yinshan Hot Spring, it takes about half an hour to drive there.
To be honest, the hotel is really old. Don't expect extravagant facilities and environment. It is a good choice for a cheap hot spring hotel.
The couple who run the hotel are very nice. Surprisingly, the price is not expensive, but the dinner meal is really good and worthy of the price.
