"The hotel staff were absolutely amazing. It was raining a bit when we arrived, and they came out with umbrellas to greet us, offering welcome drinks and snacks! Each room is a standalone house with a very spacious interior and high ceilings, plus a private sauna and a bathtub. There's even an additional bathtub inside the room. But the real highlight is the private onsen. You need to book your room first and then contact the hotel staff to reserve it, and there's an extra charge of 10,000 JPY for one hour. However, it's definitely worth it!!!"

"Lovely stay at the lodge, thanks to the sweet hosts. It can be reached by a short walk from bus stop. The town has a 7-eleven for supplies and onsen with two restaurants. We did a long hike from the lodge to the traditional Japanese village, powered by the very large breakfast. Although the walls are very thin, everyone was mindful of the other guests - we slept well."

"This is a truly rustic luxury hotel. You can see Mount Fuji the moment you open the curtains in the morning. The kitchen is fully equipped. The air is fresh, and several trees were already turning red when we visited. Each room has an outdoor grill, and the hotel has already provided firewood. You can buy some meat and grill it yourself. It's less than 20 minutes from Kawaguchiko Station."
"The place is clean and spacious, the service attitude is good, and the food quality is first-class. However, the shuttle bus was 20ms late and the facilities were not complete enough."
"This was my first time staying at SANU, and I absolutely loved it. It's nestled in a forest, surrounded by nature, so I was a bit worried about cell service, but it turned out to be incredibly peaceful. Cooking while listening to my favorite music, waking up early to step out onto the terrace and listen to the sounds of nature – these were special experiences I could never have in the city. It was an experience that makes me want to go back again."
"This hotel is designed in Japanese style, with tatami beds. The room is very large. The hotel must be a certain age, but it has complete facilities, including hot springs, restaurants, shops and bathing rooms. The room does not have a bathroom, only a toilet. Go there There are public bathrooms for bathing. It is best to drive by yourself when staying in this hotel, because it is quite far from the city. It is also very close to Kawaguchi Lake by car. The hotel can see Mount Fuji. It is very pleasant to have breakfast while admiring Mount Fuji."
