"Perfect for travelers willing to explore onomichi or to start the biking of the Shimanami. It is located right by side of the ferry to start the biking itinerary. The hotel is offering comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a convenient location. There are a on-site amenities, including meeting rooms, biking racks and a restaurant. They offered us room upgrade to a larger room for free. Highly recommended!"

"It is located near the station in front of Sumiyoshi Jinja shrine ⛩️ and is located around the former Onomichi city. It is convenient for walking because it is in front of the sea. The second parking lot もすぐそば. Breakfast was very delicious with Hiroshima ingredients. The view from the restaurant is nice."

"尾道駅からは結構遠いのと、飲屋街（パブ街）にあります。4階建の建物で4階のみ宿泊施設、1〜3階はパブです。 夜9時くらいに到着しましたが、周辺は飲んでいる人が多くいて、また街灯も少なくて暗いので、絡まれないかな、大丈夫かな、と心配になりました。 千光寺ロープウェイまでは歩いて5分くらい、その途中にローソンもあって、お土産をいっぱい売っているので便利でした。晩ご飯はローソンで買って帰りました。 従業員はおらず、吹きさらしの廊下に設置してあるタブレット端末からセルフでチェックイン、チェックアウトをしなければなりません。10分くらいかかった気がします。 廊下からは千光寺が一望できます。部屋はマンションのワンルームをイメージしてもらえると分かりやすいです。湯船はなくてシャワーのみですが綺麗な内装なので快適でした。部屋の窓からは向島に渡るしまなみ海道の橋も見ることができます。部屋に500mlのお水2本がサービスで置いてあってありがたかったです。 ちょうど20代くらいの宿泊しているカップルともすれ違いましたし、タブレット端末の操作も必要なことから若い人向けかと思っています。"

"Great location for anyone planning on biking the shiminami-kaido. Room was larger than I expected, two washer/drier available on the top floor. A small basement ”garage” with bike hanging racks where I was able to store my e-bike overnight. Some of the staff are completely fluent in English which was a nice surprise. The only real issue was the AC unit's main power LED is very large and extremely bright white, much brighter than having a night light and being ceiling mounted illuminated the entire room."

"The room is very good, clean, there is a bathtub, the facilities are newer, the location is in the city center, there is a JR pass, you can take the orengejr sightseeing bus directly to the jr station. Breakfast restaurant is particularly good"

"The room was spacious and the view was amazing. On one side, I could see the mountaintop viewing platform. On the other side, I could see the harbor and train station below. The sunrise was breathtakingly beautiful, but the sunset was difficult to see, so I went to the terrace on the left side of the hotel. The hotel had just opened three weeks ago, and the service was excellent, with complimentary food and drinks. The breakfast was different each day and was delicious. Pola's skincare products were also excellent, and the serum was super effective. I definitely recommend the bathhouse on the first floor; it's less crowded, which is great, and there's a freezer full of popsicles in various flavors! I also recommend the terrace bar, 💯 Now, let's talk about the downsides: the bathroom was a bit small and had a sewer smell."

" I would like to give a top grade to Beacon hotel.  it is on the second floor of Onomichi station. This time we was upgrade to a very cozy family room. we are very happy to see that is a simple kitchen. We were on bicycle travel from Imabari. Our luggage was sent to the room before we check in. Staffs are all very kind and easy communicate. Only heard one time train pass by after we slept. Bed is large and very comfortable. Very new hotel. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is just across from the station, with the beach and commercial street just outside, many restaurants and cafes, and about 15 minutes walk to the cableway, the location is very convenient. It is clean and the room is large, but the problem is that there is no humidifier and it is very dry when the air conditioner is turned on."

"The counter attendant is fluent in English, the room is traditional Japanese decoration, the view is very beautiful. Although the room has a place for luggage, it is recommended to lock the luggage at the JR station and carry a backpack up the mountain considering the journey up the mountain. Disadvantages, the shared shower room has only two grids, you may need to wait in line, the quilt mattress will be slightly more dusty, the room is poorly soundproofed and other Japanese old building problems. But the CP value is very high for the scenery at this price, it is worth experiencing for one night."
