Please be reminded that the hotel check in has to be done before 18:00, after this time there will be no one at the reception and there is no option for distance online check in. Also hotline won't work after 6pm, so if your flight is delayed and you cannot contact the hotel before 18:00, you cannot check in and need to find alternative stay urgently. We managed to find another hotel near Chitose and they put an ipad at the reception for distance check in, we cannot help wondering why the same couldn't be done here, please at least make your hotline available before midnight.
other than that, the hotel is clean, good condition and has a luxury feel.

The location is very close to the Rushoudu Snow Field, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, the shuttle bus booking and cancellation are also very convenient, the shuttle bus is very punctual, if it is a large group of friends who want to charter a house, I recommend this place!

The accommodation was borrowed by one building, the appearance and the room were all great. The view from the room was the best, and there were many rooms, and it was too luxurious with unit bus in each room!
It was also appreciated to be able to stay with pets. (It costs separately. 1 2,000 yen at this time)
I didn't enter the ground digital, but I enjoyed it without any problems because Netflix and YouTube were seen on TV!
I was able to stay with peace of mind because I heard it immediately on line if I had any trouble.
It is an inn that I want to go again!

Great with most amenities at door step from ski rental to locker room. Really convenient. For some reason they don’t make the bed every day and only took out the rubbish and provide fresh towels. They also have luggage storage if required. Room is relatively small for family but not too bad.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. It was plentiful, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from each morning. I also thoroughly enjoyed the on-site hot springs. They were relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
Additionally, my room offered a stunning view, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an excellent base with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

For what it is, a cabin/hostel, it’s well done. The rooms clean, staff helpful. What makes this place stand out though is their sauna tent. At first I was in doubt how good this could be, but with the wood stove, the forest smelling steam, the resting areas and the cold pool, it made it actually one of the best sauna experiences in Japan. Seldom do you get to do your own Löyly like that. Not a lot in the neighbourhood though (in summer), so for us one night was perfect.
