"Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. "The high-speed is down, the hotel is very new, the breakfast is great, the price is very high, the parking lot is also very large, no parking fee. There is Rosen next to it, and shopping is very convenient."

"Hotel is amazing. We stayed for one night, got a sea of experiences. The room was very spacious, composed of two rooms. One room was with a lovely forest and mountain river! The room had hot and cold water thermos, two types of tea and a set for cooking. A set of clothes (yuccats, socks). A refrigerator, air conditioner, cleaner or air moisturizer. In the evening, while we had dinner, we were locked up in bed, asleep as killed) Kayseki's dinner is amazing, very diverse tastes, have eaten up to the descent, if honestly. Breakfast was also very saturated! Hot sources are very pleasant, only 3 species, of which 1 in the fresh air. The only thing that one was very hot for me, I couldn't even get in it, but here in the others sat with pleasure. The hosts of the hotel are very pleasant, sweet, met us, drank tea with sweets, showed where you can walk and lunch (we arrived earlier). "I was surprised at the Japanese-style room (sleeping on tatami mats), but the air conditioner was working and it was cool. The toilet and bath are Western-style. ６ There is a large communal bath on the floor. It was good that the changing room was also air-conditioned! 　I was looking for a hotel (cheap price) on Google Maps and hit here. There was' Nagao Udon 'nearby and it was delicious. There is a bicycle parking lot with a roof, but it's good because I happened to stop, but how about the Golden Week holidays? ３ It seems that only the platform can be parked."

"Located right next to the Ure River, with a nice view from the room. As it has only 5-6 rooms, it is pretty exclusive. You can use their 2 hotspring baths privately for 45mins each time, or you can take a short walk over to their 2 sister hotels for bigger hotspring baths. This is the only hotel in the Hazu Group that serves Medicinal Cuisine. As the hotel seems to be converted from a traditional old house, the stairways can be cramped and not suitable for bringing large suitcases, so just pack a small bag and leave the suitcase downstairs or in the car. Had a relaxing time there."

"I'm glad that the bed size was spacious and the price was cheap. There was no explanation of the amenities, so I searched online and found out that it was in the hall for the first time. I thought it would be better to have a pamphlet for hotel information in the room. Breakfast was delicious, but I felt the space was a little small. The location was close to the interchange, so it was very helpful for people outside the prefecture."
