Good for last minutes shopping . We stayed one night before our departure. Good service as we left our room key inside the room. The staff was very helpful. And we could keep our luggage at lobby and then went to outlet for last minutes shopping. Cool!

The hotel is easy to find but the location is a bit remote. Check-in was not clear where to go and what the process was. We found a phone and was able to get in touch with someone (there was a snow storm going on at the same time too so it was not ideal to go around the whole property looking for the check-in counter). They gave us a key and no other information so we relied on trip.com for check-out time The hotel is a love hotel clear as day. The amenities provided in the room were plentiful and the heating in the room was nice on such a cold day. There was a fridge and tv and slippers. The bathroom was quite cold so it sucked to take a shower but the water was hot
