"The ideal hotel experience… really I feel like a princess! Everything is so nice and well thought out, even in the economy room, there are nightgowns and slippers and even a shoe shine kit, they even provide a 3-type charger in the room. The beds are perfectly comfortable. The bath is so deep and relaxing, and the shampoo and conditioner are really nice quality! There are even vending and ice machines on every floor, I recommend to pair a cold drink with your bath. The view looks onto the Flower Road and it’s very nice. The breakfast is amazing, everything is delicious and very well thought out. The omelet cooked by hand and the cake of the day were the highlights, there is also a very nice salad bar. I recommend the rose hip tea to pair with your breakfast, it’s refreshing and doesn’t have too much sugar. The hotel is also only 2 minutes walk from the Takarazuka Grand Stage, we were able to have a relaxing breakfast, leave our luggage in the lockers near reception, and then stroll over for the 11am performance."

"Although we checked in late, we were soothed by the open-air rose bath. We were lucky that it was only available on certain days of the week. For breakfast, we enjoyed the ”Breakfast at the Ryokan.” We wanted to drink coffee, so it was good that drip coffee was prepared in the room."

"When the microwave went out of order, I reported it and they quickly replaced the whole thing, which was a great solution. Also, when I made a mistake in my reservation or when I was unable to make a reservation for a long-term stay, they tried to fill in the gaps and make the reservation cheaper than Trip.com, which was very helpful. Thank you."

"A very basic hotel for a quick overnight stay for those who have connecting flights at osaka itami airport! It is just a walking distance away (less than 10 min!) 7-11 just across the road and bus stop to ikeda as well. They have a restaurant at the hotel lobby area but food was just passable standards. Also, they offer airport shuttle bus to the airport as early as 6am!"

"Unlike New Chitose Airport, there are no planes taking off or landing at Itami Airport after 9pm, and since the hotel does not face the gliding field, it is quiet after 9pm. For breakfast, you can eat Le Pain Kobe Kitano sandwiches from 6am if you request them at the front desk when you check in. You have to pick up the sandwiches yourself from the front desk."

"Stayed at ホテル ルナ Chi田 Shop (Hotel Luna Ikeda). At first, it seemed to be a little wrong type. (I just learned later that it was a love hotel type hotel) but overall it was good. Spacious room And most importantly, the location is very good, very close to Itami airport, making it very convenient and fast to travel to the plane, suitable for people with morning flight. Or want to stay near the airport Overall, it is a better experience than expected. If there is a chance, I will come back to use the service again."

"I stayed at this hotel last year for a business trip to Japan, and since I'm flying from Osaka to Tokyo again, I chose it once more. This time, I took a taxi here because I had a lot of luggage. It only took about 20 minutes from Higobashi Station via the highway. The main change in the hotel lobby is the addition of self-service luggage lockers on the first floor. The front desk supports Alipay and WeChat for paying taxes during check-in. Otherwise, the overall experience is the same as last year. It's close to the airport, with the earliest shuttle departing at 6:00 AM. If you get on early, it takes a maximum of 10 minutes to get there. The restaurant also offers bread and coffee from 5:30 AM, which is great for a quick bite before an early flight."
