"Close proximity to the airport. My room was facing the river and it was a good spot to view the sunset. In-house restaurant was fantastic. I love the Yaki Soba and fried fish. Breakfast crowd was very noisy from a particular country. I don’t understand why they have to talk so loud. I ate my breakfast quickly and left."
"Mainly the location is close to the place where we rent a car. There is also a convenience store nearby. The room is very clean. The bed is good. There is a washing machine. The clothes can be used. The balcony can be dried. The bath water is super strong. There is an extra charge for parking."
"I was extremely disappointed with my stay.
Upon entering my room, I discovered a trail of ants inside - an abnormal quantity of ants.
When I reported this to the front desk, the staff consulted the manager and told me that all rooms of my room type were fully booked and so another room couldn’t be arranged.
After spending a short while at the back office, the front desk staff visited the room and saw the situation herself. I was finally moved to another room which I believe is of the same room type. (but I was told earlier it wasn’t available)
Cleanliness aside, the worst part was the manager’s attitude. There was no signs of compassions and no effort to make up for the inconvenience I had to go through, I was given an impression that the hotel didn’t care customers’ experience at all.
Having to plead for a basic level of cleanliness - a room free of unacceptable amount of pests is unacceptable, and the complete lack of empathy on the manager’s part left me very dissatisfied with my stay - my second stay indeed."
"The hot spring was fantastic! It's a natural onsen, and I enjoyed it both the night before and again in the morning. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, showing their age, but it’s conveniently located with many dining options nearby. There's also a beautiful lawn by the sea.
Despite being close to the airport, the soundproofing is excellent; I didn't find it noisy at all. It’s very convenient to get to Okinawa Outlet Mall, and it’s a great place for shopping. Plus, there are direct buses from the outlet to the airport, making it a perfect last stop. You can even store your luggage at the mall while you shop. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"The counter was very kind and polite. She helped me to check in smoothly and explained that all I had to for check out is just dropping the key into the key box.
The location I tink was pretty good. Surrounded by bars and restaurants within walkable distance. Most importantly the family mart is round the corner, stocking supplies is a breeze.
The room is pretty big, it had toilet room and shower room. There is a balcony for me to dry up clothes and there is a washing machine too. Bed is Abit softer for myself. Fridge, microwave, electric cooker, water boiler all ready anytime. The aircon cold, lighting bright enough. They have a lift for easy access. The security was great, after 12mn to 3pm the front door has auto lock. Using our room key to access only. The people around the neighborhood are very friendly. The place is nice and quiet. Room service is upon request.
I had a enjoyed the stay. Worth coming back again"
"The hotel offers self-check-in and is located near the airport. The view is nice, with planes landing, quiet noise levels, and a terrace.
Although the room was small, leaving little room after unpacking the suitcases, it was very well-equipped, including cooking utensils, a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, and more. The lighting was also bright, and the amenities were clean.
Parking was difficult, however, with limited spaces. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Recommended."
"The room type has a bathtub, a small living room, a double room with a compartment, a microwave oven and simple cooking tools, which is very suitable for family living and the price is reasonable."
"The room does not have luxurious equipment, but the overall is very practical. I appreciate the drying equipment in the bathroom. I have lived for many days. During the stay, I need to take out the garbage and no one cleans it. However, this is the general practice of B&B hotels. It is also normal. The accommodation location is better by car, but there are only four parking spaces. There are no paid parking spaces nearby. You need to pay attention to check-in during peak seasons. Check-in must be done before 10 o'clock. Pay attention to the late arrival. There are restaurants and convenience stores within minutes of the car. The walk is at least 10 minutes or more, so it is more suitable for self-driving passengers."
