"Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did."

"It's a new hotel, so it's clean and comfortable. It's not very accessible if you don't have a car, but if you do, I'll visit here again. There's a drugstore nearby, Don Quijote, and a restaurant within walking distance, and Aeon Mall is just a short drive away, which is great. There's also a hot spring and breakfast, which is great. It's also close to the highway, so it's good for going to Toyama."

"This is our first rayon. General impressions are great!!! Very interesting experience. Staff very, very straight-a-friendly. Food is fresh seafood, rice, local soups. You can't say it is not delicious. Delicious. It's a lot of it, but after the third table like this, you want something with the pasta:)))) the room was cleaned every day. There is a transfer to the station. The view from the window is beautiful. In general a quiet place designed for resting with the soul and the body!!! "There was an old calm inn style, and the dishes were also used with local seasonal ingredients, the arrangement was new and the seasoning was good, and the vessel and the arrangement were enjoyed. The bedding was clean, but the futon was hard with a mat and my back hurt. Only there was a pity."

"Because of the holidays, the hotel around Kanazawa was expensive and I booked this inn. The room was surprisingly large and quiet and nice. If you are traveling by car, an inn a little far from the city is really good value."
