"The hotel is very tidy and clean. The rooms are small but very complete. There is a coffee and green tea machine which is very considerate. The bath is not big but not many people use it. The water temperature is just right. Unfortunately, there is no parking lot, and no parking instructions are provided to guests."

"It was a small room, but it was clean. Regarding the location of the hotel, it was my fault that there was a lack of confirmation, but I felt that there was a little distance to the station on foot. I didn't need to clean it, but the next day the doorknob didn't have towels, and when I asked the cleaner, the front desk person was in charge of the towels, so I told him to tell them directly. I thought it was a little strange system. Breakfast was a little disappointing because most of them were the same menu on ３ days."

"The hotel is old overall, but I didn't feel it was smelly or not clean enough, so I gave it a 3. The amenities in the room are minimal, but you can choose shampoo, hair dryer, curling iron, etc. at the front desk and take them with you. There isn't a lot of variety, so it seems better for women to bring their own. It's a bit greedy, but I think it's reasonable considering the cost. You can drink one drink from the drink bar when you stay. Breakfast is included (I checked out before I had time to have it). If you're coming by car, be careful. Even if you specify that you will be using the parking lot when you make a reservation, it is not guaranteed, and you will be guided to a nearby paid parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis (400 yen per day at your own expense). The areas with cones are reserved for those who have already checked in for temporary use. It depends on the time of year, but if you plan to check in later, you should basically expect to use the paid parking lot at your own expense."

"這是一個利用許多貨櫃屋組成的旅館，感覺設施還滿新的，位置在一個工業區附近，不是典型的觀光地區，適合自駕者住宿，前方有平面停車場，停車空間充足，就我的觀察入住者以日本人居多，如果是利用公共交通工具移動的人，基本上就不用考慮這家，不太容易到達。旁邊緊臨一間7-11，附近有超市(約1～2公里)，購物還算方便，可以購買一些食材回來烹調，房間內有一個小廚房可以利用，有微波爐、電磁爐、冰箱、餐桌椅，空間算是不錯，衛浴分成兩間，空間不大勉強還夠用，洗衣間總共有4台洗衣機，4個人總共兩天份的衣服，用700円洗和烘，還是有點溼，要再加200円烘30分鐘才會乾，以上是我這次住宿的經驗分享！"

There are 7-11 downstairs, the room is much larger than other hotels, including breakfast, it is very rare. Breakfast is simple, curry rice is not bad. The price/performance ratio is very high. The young man at the front desk is very slippery in English and smiles. The hotel is very close to the Tsuchiura Station. It is just two steps away. Next to the train station is the library of Tsuchiura. There is a big supermarket on the 1st floor below."
