"The facilities are old, it's just an old hot spring hotel, and the transportation is inconvenient. For someone who doesn't know Japanese yen and doesn't know English well, how can he arrange for free pick-up? 1,600 yuan including breakfast and dinner is really not cost-effective. Dinner is a Japanese meal, the food is OK, but I saw the Koreans at the next table eating beef barbecue. The key point is: the waiter asked if I wanted a drink, I asked if it was included in the package, she said: Yes, and recommended beer to me, so I ordered one. As a result, when I checked out the next day, I was asked for money. I was very angry at the time. When I argued with them, they just smiled and put the bill in front of me. I couldn't say anything... Here I would like to remind my friends that Japan is actually very lazy. At that time, I was talking to her with a translator, but she didn't look at the translator carefully at all, and I didn't know if it was intentional. Now the Japanese are also broken. They will recommend you some expensive and useless things. Remember not to recommend anything. This trip to Japan overturned my previous good impression of Japan."
"We drove 1.5 hours from Hakata to this hotel, quick far away. The osen hotel is pretty large and have public and private osen bath to choose from.
Originally we booked the room with hot spring both but have been checked into a different room with a separate bath tub only. The hotel insisted this is the same room type and need to charge additional charge to upgrade to the better room that can have a separate hot spring bath.
I called Trip.com and they admitted that there is some confusion on the room type and has agreed to pay for the extra charge to upgrade to the better room.
So finally we paid the upgrade charge and moved to the better room with the hot spring bath. So overall it was still a very good experience. Thanks for Trip.com’s commitment to get the customer a better experience.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"
"I recommended traveling to Ureshino bus center (not interchange*) by bus from Hakata bus terminal if you weren't driving. I stayed in their standard room type. Bathing at their shared onsen was an experience. The facility was very clean. Ureshino onsen water would be what you came here for. The amenities were nice too. They offered excellent breakfast at 2,200 yen. It was a buffet line using local ingredients. While in the area try Yococho, izakaya sampo, and buy some ureshino green tea."
"After booking the hotel, I was hesitant and worried that it would be bad. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel! Everything is better than expected ^_^Small but beautiful! The front desk staff are friendly and attentive. There was a young man from China at the front desk who gave a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities, dinner reservation times and some sightseeing suggestions in Chinese. On Chinese New Year's Eve, I met a Japanese lady at the hotel front desk (who spoke very fluent English) who gave guests free drinks to celebrate the New Year, which made people feel cordial and warm. There are few people in the hotel's hot springs and they are very clean. Basically every time I go, the restaurant is reserved;) Dinner is a major feature of the hotel and worth experiencing. Although the ingredients don't look amazing, they are actually carefully prepared and high-quality ingredients. The cooking method is not very flashy, which is probably the characteristic of Ureshino. I ate every meal until I couldn't finish it. The Saga beef melts in your mouth, the tiny pufferfish is extremely delicious, the crabs are sweet and plump...^_^The soup tofu for breakfast is soft, glutinous and smooth in the mouth, without any beany smell, and the rich bean aroma is unforgettable.
The appearance picture of the hotel on Ctrip’s official website is different from the actual one! This is actually the first photo I took of this! Much better than what is shown on the official website! Best hotel for traveling with parents!"
"Highly recommended, you must stay here once. There is a shuttle service to and from the JR station. The waitresses are very professional, worthy of the grade of a hot spring resort hotel.
The hotel's public space is amazing. It should have been specially designed by a designer. It is very novel and smart. Every corner is like a work of art. The seats, decorations, sofas, and shops are all modern, but also have Japanese characteristics. You must go to the bar for a drink at night. It is a great value. This hotel is relatively large and divided into several areas. There should be more private and high-end guest rooms.
However, the interior of the room and the large bath are average. So you must experience the public space well."
"There is a direct bus from Takeo to the hotel entrance, or you can take a bus to Ureshino Station to reach the hotel. The hotel is 10 stories high and is the tallest building in the area. It is very eye-catching. There is a tea and rest area on the ground floor. All toiletries must be taken to the room on the ground floor. The hot spring is on the 10th floor. It is divided into indoor and outdoor areas. The outdoor scenery is very good. You can enjoy the city scenery while taking a hot spring bath."
"A large ginkgo tree is planted outside the room to enhance the view outside the window. It may be a bit old, but very neat. Staff service attitude is very good, also thank the desk sister special car pick up and drop off luggage. One-stop-two-dining food is of high standard, Japanese style, but the portion is quite large. There are also small gifts at checkout, showing thoughtfulness, worth a stay."
"The hotel is very large. Japanese style. Not many guests. I went to the soup three times and almost nobody. I went to the open-air hot spring twice. It was all done by myself. The soup was super cool. This hot spring is really comfortable. The dinner was ordered with kaiseki and delivered to the room. They were all exquisite, and they were full after eating ~ The breakfast in the morning was also very large, and it was all over. The front desk service was also great. I even chased after leaving and said that we could drive us to the bus station."
"The twin room I booked was western style, similar to old three-star hotels in China. The hot spring on the top floor was very comfortable. I booked breakfast and dinner, but was disappointed that there was no Saga**. They substituted fish for pork, which showed that they paid attention to the wishes of the guests. There are many hot spring hotels nearby, but it's just my personal preference. I don't like this type very much. There wasn't a single cherry blossom in bloom... In addition, the hotel accepts Korean groups. It feels like many comments about Kyushu are about the unhappiness of encountering Korean groups."
"The hotel is not far from the station and has a long history. The service staff are very enthusiastic. I booked a one-night stay with two meals. The food was very delicious. The outdoor hot spring environment is very good and the water is very good and clean."

KKANGThe location is a bit closer to the entrance of Ureshino Onsen Village, but it is a small town, so you can find it on Google Map.
There is a large supermarket within 5 minutes.
Quiet room with river view and trees...
If you want al heal, it is strongly recommended:)
The boss has good English and he has no problems in communication. Very kind and considerate :)
The room I was tied to was a spacious room with a bed and a bedroom with a bed, separated from the tatami space.
The best is the private open-air bath and mist sauna in the room!
I can enjoy the hot springs anytime, and the water quality is very good! The facilities are very adequate and the towels are enough.
6 years old, my son and her mother are 200% satisfied! ! !
Next time I go to Ureshino, I will be back! :)
YYIThis hotel has a history of 130 years. There is an indoor and outdoor pool for girls, and one for boys outdoors. There is no private soup in the old hotel.
The boss opened a new restaurant opposite the hotel. It was opened on the day we arrived. You can make reservations for the private soup in the new restaurant. Fortunately, the enthusiastic boss took us around. It turned out that the private soup in the new hall is just a big wooden barrel! The ground floor of the new building is used as a guest house, and the second floor is the home of the boss’s daughter. I personally feel that it is more traditional stone masonry.
The skin of the hot spring blisters is very slippery. After returning to Shanghai, my friends said that my skin is in good condition, haha
When we left, the owner and his wife went out to see them off in person, a very humane shop!
I made a reservation after reviewing the guest’s comments that his meal is very good. Sure enough, the dinner and breakfast were very good, with Saga Wagyu beef for dinner and tofu soup for breakfast! Very full and full~~
TTianmaxingkongxiaoluerThis hotel check in is to go to another hotel, then get the password and then go back to the hotel to check in. It is very inconvenient to drag the suitcase back and forth. If you book a meal, you need to go to another hotel to pick up the lunch box. There are no pedestrians around the rainy night. I feel a little scared. Hotel room facilities are also a bit rudimentary, there is no front desk service downstairs
