"Decent value for money. I just wish they'd pay a little more attention to room cleanliness. My first impression was slightly negative due to a bathroom smell when I entered the lobby. However, it was convenient to have a convenience store on the first floor and be close to Namgang River, restaurants, cafes, and a traditional market."

"2025년7월15일 PM 14:30, 체크인 시간보다 30분 이른 시간이라 걱정됐는데, 체크인 하시는 호텔 직원이 ”날씨가 덥고 마침 Room-Clean 이 마무리 되었기 때문에 문제가 없다. 지금 가능하다”라고 말씀해 주셨다. 혹시 몰라 외국인 두 분을 내 차에 대기 시킨 상태라 너무 고마웠다. 그날 오후 PM16:00, Business-Meeting이 약속되어 있어, 김해공항에서 픽업 한 상황이라 시원한 샤워를 하고 개운한 마음으로 진행하고 싶은 마음이 간절했기 때문이다. 거리 상 시간 상 충분했기 때문이었다. 체크 아웃 시, 담당 직원의 외국인 분들에 대한 영수증 처리도 마찬가지였다. 약간의 무리하다고 할 정도의 요구에도 불구하고 상냥하고 신속하게 처리해주시는 모습이 보기 좋았다. 진주 동방호텔 구성원 여러분의 일에 대한 프로 정신, 친절함/신속함/상냥함/매끄러움과 더불어 항시 미소 띈 모습이 보기 좋았습니디. 감사합니다. 진주 동방호텔의 고객입장에서 ^^^~~~^^^"
