"Normal fresh hotel, good breakfast is provided. There is a restaurant, quality 4. For 5 days they never changed the bed linen, cleaning is mediocre. Audibility between rooms, woke up from the snoring of their neighboring room."

"房間很大，廁所很小，也沒有熨斗，出差需要熨燙衣服，很不便！ 前台很多服務生不會説英語，衹有一位會説。這非常不方便！ 另外，wifi非常不好，跟前台提了3次。 住了好幾天，有一天房間當天沒打掃，所以去前台要水跟廁紙，要了3次，才送來。。。 酒店後面就是裏海，很近，裏海很贊，晚上去也很安全！酒店三樓的餐廳，就不建議去了，比較貴，點了披薩，説材料沒有了，換了兩份意大利麪，實在不好吃"

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first night was wonderful. But at the second night, the lights of the whole room suddenly went off and couldn’t be turned on again. We reported it to the receptionist and it took them about half an hour to fix it. We unfortunately had our dinner in the dark. Then, we slept after it was fixed. But when we woke up and needed to leave for the airport at midnight, we found that the lights didn’t work again, so we had to pack our stuff in darkness. It was very annoying and completely unacceptable to not have lights. This hotel clearly has some issue with their electric circuits."

"This is probably the best hotel in Aktau. Respectable, clean, conveniently located. The staff works well, very friendly. Very good room service, the food is delicious. Of course, this is an expensive hotel, but it's worth it. The sea is literally nearby."
