"The common areas are very nice and well-maintained, with stunning views. The restaurant is small but offers very good food. This could be a 5-star property, but the quality of the room, bed, and bathroom needs improvement. Service: Some staff are pleasant, but some are only pleasant if you tip beforehand. The 3-hour catamaran tour, which you can book at reception, is highly recommended."

"At the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to both Robinson and Ruchira!! I was on BB basis and the breakfast was very good! And unlike other places where they offer chicken bacon these guys had the good stuff! Thanks"

"Большой отель! Были не в сезон. Но с погодой повезло. Номер достался большой, но в торце корпуса и наш 'якобы” балкончик представлял собой два стула на грязном куске бетона, причем за пляжным туалетом. Так как мы были 2 ночи, не стали возмущаться. Сначала положили два полотенца - остальные пришлось просить. Завтраки хорошие, так как много пакетников, то пообедать самостоятельным туристам в ресторане это целое приключение - отдельный заказ вводит персонал в ступор и ждать супер долго. Развлечений в отеле вечерами мы не застали. И в округе ничего нет. В шаговой доступности 1 ресторан (на 3+) и все. Если бы мы приехали сюда больше чем на пару ночей я бы была расстроена - честно. И это мы были на машине, могли самостоятельно доехать хотя бы до супермаркета. Кальян в отеле не берите - он ужасен."

"The hotel looks very primising in the pictures, beautiful setting and facilities. Unfortunately we were a bit disqppointed on the way it is managed. It looks like the place is abandoned relying on its own structure and pictures. Pros: - beautiful setting and location, in front of a beautiful beach. - rooms are well done, big bathrooms, nice outdoor area. - faclities have a beautiful decoration, the bar, the restaurant. Cons: - cleaning! The resort has a cleaning issue. To the point that we wrote ”clean me” with our fingers on the restaurant toilet mirror, and it was there during our entire stay. Nothing has regular cleaning, spots everywhere, toilets are terrible specialy the poil toilet (see pictures). - bar drinks are not good. We tried many drinks and juices in all the hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka, and this one we had to give up, drink after drink, juice after juice, were not good at all. Also the drink glasse come very very dirty. - bar is beautiful but never had any music during our stay. Its a silent empty place, no one uses it... and the bartender usualy is not there which makes it a ghost place. - service is welcoming but not prepared. For example before you reach the breakfast area upstairs they ask you: ”what do you want for breakfast? So i dont have to go upstairs to ask”, overall staff is tired, not motivated and have no training, they are as abandoned as the hotel. - spa was closed during our entire stay, because the lady had days off. So we booked a hotel with a Spa that did not exist...you have to be lucky not to book on her days off. - when at check-out i tried to tell them the place have lots of potential but they need to pay attention to this details they just replied: thank you for your stay, please make us a review on tripadvisor! So they just don't pay attention... which is sad to see. I wish they could change the management and have someone motivated and energic to transform the place into the best hotel in Sri Lanka, because they could be."

"Отель выше всяких похвал. Сотрудники стараются. Очень чисто. Еда вкусная, на ужин брали сэт меню, качество неплохих московских ресторанов, подача и вкус, молодцы ребята. Завтрак простенький, но никогда не были голодными, все качественно. Пляж мягкий песок, океан, небольшие волны, теплый, уехали плакать хочется. Мы добирались больше обычного, водитель свернул не туда и мы оказали в отеле через 9 часов после приземления. 9 часов в дороге, вроде ничто не поможет зажить этой ране)) но уга Бэй смог. Это райское место с отличными ребятами, давайте чаевые они этого достойны!"

"Отличный отель. Стильный, чистый, хорошо оснащённый номер. Есть всё необходимое: холодильник, чай, кофе, чайник, фен. Ежедневная уборка в номере, регулярная смена полотенец и постельного белья. Отдельное спасибо за отличный сервис парням, которые проводили уборку в нашем номере Jerom и Kajanthiran. У отелях красивая территория с шикарным бассейном. Есть тренажерный зал и игровая зона, бар. Отличный чистый пляж. Пляж каждый день убирают. Всегда доступны хорошие лежаки с мягкими матрасами и пляжными полотенцами. Вежливый персонал на пляже и в пляжном баре. Завтраки обширные, есть блюда на любой вкус. Национальная и европейская кухня. Огромное количество выпечки, вафли готовятся по вашему желанию. Всегда свежие сезонные фрукты. Ужин тоже разнообразный, есть как базовые блюда так и ”блюда дня”. Это могут быть морепродукты на гриле, свинина, кальмары во фритюре. Разные национальные блюда такие как ротти или котту. Отдельно можно поблагодарить официантов Sudesh и Kalum, они были очень внимательны и дружелюбны. На ужине из напитков предлагается вода, остальные напитки по меню (как во всех остальных отелях). Отель старается разнообразить каждый ужин приглашая разных артистов для создания уютной атмосферы. Одназчно рекомендую этот отель для отдыха. При возможности выберем его снова!"

"Maldives in Sri Lanka. The sea absolutely beautiful and I enjoyed so much the walking on the endless beach. The staff is amazing , made my solo trip so rich of memories and extra care, done multiple activities and I recommend the dinner in the cellar as they have the best cellar in Sri Lanka , and also a must the dinner on the platform in the middle of the sea! "nice scenery! eat well! The room faces the sea! Watch the sunrise in the morning and watch the sunset on the beach in the afternoon! The hotel staff is very welcoming. Also take us to visit various public areas. Be responsive. Definitely a good place to go on holiday. The hotel's spa is also very comfortable! It is highly recommended to try the Indian Ayurvedic massage. There is oil in the brain to nourish the brain. Massage the whole body for a whole day."
