These small details reflected a lack of polish in the service. Another minor issue was at breakfast. Every morning, I chose cereal and was asked if I preferred coconut syrup or honey. I answered “coconut syrup” every time, but the staff still asked me the same question every day. While it’s a small matter, it suggests room for improvement in their service process. The homestay was on the mountain. At first, the driver followed the navigation. The road could not be opened. The terrible we all got off the bus. The steep road was narrow and sharp.
