"This is my 3rd time at Bayview Hotel and I'm glad I returned again as it's ideally located, budget-friendly, rooms are big, wifi is strong, ample secured parking, reception staff is helpful and friendly, while maid service is efficient. Their breakfast though quite good, could have been improved by way of service. I realised that this time, their staff isn't as attentive as they used to be. I have a knee injury and currently using a cane. One morning during breakfast, I politely asked a service lady to kindly provide me some napkins plus forks and knives as the table was bare. Usually they set up the tables for the next guests. She merely said ”There are provisions at the buffet. You can get it yourself.” Not a very courteous way to treat a guest! In addition, it is completely annoying to be asked during meals every 5-10min by the staff if they can takeaway already something from the table. Once, a lady staff almost tookaway my sister's plate even before she was done eating. They must be trained that it is disrespectful to incessantly approach the guests so very often! We must be allowed to eat in silence, enjoy our meal without intrusion!"

"Nice hotel with clean modern rooms. Everything seemed to be working fine. Bathroom is very spacious with a big shower cubicle. The only issue I had was that the bed was made up of 2 single beds next to each other, and every time I ve tired towards the middle of the bed, they started moving away from each other. Breakfast was ok. Nothing out of the ordinary but there was never an empty dish as they kept replenishing them all the time. I would definitely be booking into this hotel again in the future."

"This hotel has multiple apartment buildings, and the room given is the worst. The administrator looked very welcoming, but the service was actually poor. I checked out the night before and had an appointment at the front desk to go to the pier the next morning. The front desk said there was no problem. But the next morning, the front desk changed people, and there was no taxi to pick up at the time. I can find another way to solve it myself."

"It was good. Location not ideal for us but it was in front of the marina with many shops and restaurants around. The room (double with sea view) was very small, in some cases we were jumping over our luggages. The view was breath taking for sure. We had paid for a different room for the last day of our staying (due to the fact that there were no longer dates available for the first room). The second room was an executive one, very spacious and we loved it! We were a little bit disappointed by the interior pool, wich was not heated and really small. Breakfast had many choices but 1.) the breakfast room was small and we were waiting in long queues just to be sitted in a table and 2.) the staff talked in a really bad tone to us about the take away policy, which was not needed. All hotel staff was really kind and helpful regardless some minor misunderstandings. The hotel has its own restaurant, a 24/7 convenient store and an ATM. Also, it has a bar restaurant with a big pool just across the street. It was a nice staying, not great but nice, clean and safe."

"The hotel is in a good location. It is close to the bus station. It is very convenient to take the bus to the scenic spot. The view from the room is also very good. It feels great to look out. There is a sea view and a yacht. It is very comfortable to walk on the beach. There is a small balcony. The hotel provides paid airport shuttle service"

"Overall, the hotel is quite good with a convenient location and friendly staff who made the stay pleasant. However, there were a few drawbacks. The AC wasn’t functioning in late April, which made the room a bit warm (only centralized temperature regulation). Additionally, the room lacked some basic amenities—there were fewer working charging outlets, and essentials like slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste weren’t provided. With a few improvements, this could be a great place to stay."

"The location is convenient with restaurants and plenty of buses nearby but it's also a quite poor and ugly neigbourhood. It seems to be in the process of being gentrified with lot's of construction in the quarter but there are also many abandoned and broken buildings around. Generally it feels a bit sketchy. The Hotel itself is a new construction, designed well and very clean. My biggest complaint however is the service and staff. Unfortunately I was given one of the worst rooms, where the balcony was facing a wall, so there was almost no daylight in the room. When enquiring if a room change is possible, the receptionist blantly lied to my face and said they were fully booked. When I checked online for the same dates and room category, there was still plenty available, even in higher categories. So instead of trying to upsell me or finding another solution to satisfy me as a customer, they treated me like cattle. "

"The location is excellent, you can get to anywhere by bus. Maximum travel time is about 1 hour. The hotel is quite old, but we got a room after renovation. The breakfast was standard European without any frills, but we didn’t leave hungry. We went to the Paparazzi “restaurant” for dinner several times, it’s on the island next to the hotel. The view is not very presentable, but the prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, the portions are large, you can safely take one for two."
