Great friendly and professional team make my vacation is much better, thanks manager Lana for her advice and help during all my stay, thanks room keeper Nasir who keep it clean and ask my requirements during the day, thanks yoga instructor Sujith for wonderful practice which make me fall in love with yoga, thanks masseur Patis it’s best massage I’ve ever had💚 I’m highly recommend this place because everything was perfect and it was fabulous vacation👍🏻

My stay at Outrigger Maldives Maafushivaru Resort was nothing short of perfect, blending luxury with the warmth of personalized service, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Maldives. From the moment we arrived, we were embraced by the resort’s friendly staff, and Moosa, our personal assistant, went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and unforgettable. Moosa handled every detail effortlessly, from organizing excursions to anticipating our needs, giving us the chance to fully unwind and enjoy every moment. The experiences offered at Outrigger were exceptional. Our diving adventure, guided by Kiara, was unforgettable—her expertise and passion for marine life made each dive both thrilling and educational, allowing us to explore the stunning underwater world with complete confidence. The spa was another highlight, with Rohit providing top-notch service and coordinating the skilled therapists from Bhutan and Bali who made each treatment rejuvenating and memorable. Dining at Outrigger was a daily delight thanks to head of dining Chandana and his team, chefs who crafted a mix of fresh, flavorful local and international dishes that exceeded our expectations. Each meal felt like a curated experience with pleasant service. From the luxurious overwater villa to the thoughtfully designed experiences and attentive team, Outrigger Maafushivaru gave us the Maldivian paradise we had always dreamed of. Thanks to Moosa, Kiara, Rohit, Chandana, and the entire team, our stay was not just a vacation but an incredible journey filled with unforgettable moments.

The beach room is very satisfactory, with front and back yards, a jacuzzi in the back yard, and a view of the sea and the ocean in the front yard. The environment is very quiet, the service is great, everyone is very enthusiastic, all three meals are delicious, I love ice cream, all kinds of soft drinks are delicious, there is also a tennis court, it's a pity that I didn't bring tennis shoes this time, I will come again next time. The water is very transparent, you can see colorful fish when snorkeling, and you can also see many big sharks in the trench.

When we arrived at the hotel it was small but clean hotel, we were on a half board basis the first evening meal was a bbq but was only sausage and chicken with nothing else available my wife is vegetarian, next morning we went down for breakfast around 8am very minimal choice in hot plates which had no heat underneath them so the food was very cold and this was the case for the other 7 days and in the evening we were served one choice of sometimes a soup then one choice of main course and a tiny piece of sponge for dessert ( the idea of half board is that they provide a buffet choice of hot and cold starters, main courses, vegetables, salad, bread and desserts if you went 15 minutes after they started everything was cold, The staff at the hotel are very young with hardly and training or experience as for example they allowed children to swim in the pool before the opening times and then run all through the hotel soaking wet and sitting all over the furniture and not saying a word, As regards to the senior management or CEO I contacted him to say when our flight arrived and the contact at the airport said that the didn't know if we were coming as the hotel hadn't been informed but I had WhatsApp evidence. We were meant to stay 8 nights at the hotel but due to an early morning flight we had to stay only 7 nights so I spoke to the CEO before leaving uk and he confirmed that we could stay in there sister hotel in Male on the same board basis and price, 3 days before we were due to leave the hotel the receptionist said that I had no booking at there hotel in male and I even shown her the confirmation from the Ceo We had to wait until the evening before we left for them to confirm this and then we left to travel to Male and the disaster continues when we arrived at the airport we went to the desk for the transfer to the hotel only to be told they knew nothing about us after showing them the conversation between me and the ceo finally we got picked up at The airport 1 hour later, then we arrived at the sister hotel and they said we didn't have a booking, so after about 45 mins of waiting we got shown to our room the hotel was like a 1940s new York dodgy apartment we came down to have something to eat only to be told that we where not on a half board basis after complaining to both hotels and the ceo and showing the the conversation between us showing on what he had agreed we ate. The next morning we arranged a transfer to the airport the night porter was fast asleep when I came down and asked about the transfer he said I need to book it for you 15 minutes later we left for the airport. The senior management of the hotel don't care about there guests and everything is a battle. Dhangethi is a lovely island and everyone is so friendly and helpful and it's so safe we had an amazing time apart from the hotels

I don't have enough good things to say about Perla and the beautiful people that run it. I'm not long back from a worldschooling hub that was organised and run here and it was AMAZING. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Delightfully cool to retreat from the heat. Fridge, kettle, fresh filtered water every day and cleaned every day too! The restaurant and food was great and the team couldn't do enough for us. Everywhere was serviced with attention and love and this family run business is a huge part of what made our trip so fantastic. All the ocean based activities and their knowledge of and care for the local aquatic wildlife with their expert guides (who were amazing with the kids too) was outstanding. I've travelled a LOT and this was up there as one of my absolute best experiences. Felt so well looked after on every level. Being within a local island among Maldivians and hopefully supporting local families was the best way to experience this stunning part of the world. So what i can except that this place is exceptional! ( And i work in a resort!) So start with the cleanest room and the cleanest bathroom that i've ever had! The bed, the pillows were so confortable! The terrace and the garden are well kept, it s just a little paradise! The staff is just amazing of kindness, They were always looking for our confort! They clean the room every day , they provide bottle of water every day, they provide everything that you need!! It was like our Dighurah family, they were taking care of us, they drived us every morning to the dive center! The break fast was delicious! So when we left , it was like leaving friends... Thank you again for everything that you've done for us ! Everything was just PERFECT thanks to you. We will never forget Tides Dighurah !!! One of the best place i 've been ! Anne and Celine
