Facilities match the price. The room is spacious and comfortable. It's just that the bathroom lights are a bit dim and the physical condition of the building looks a little worn. If repainted it will look more cheerful.

During the Raya week, we went to Permai Hotel KT for a staycation. We really enjoyed it. The hotel room was clean and recently renovated. The kids love the comfortable bed and the swimming pool. The room comes with 2 complimentary breakfast for adults and extra fees for kids older than 4 years old. There’re lots of options for breakfast, including typical Malaysian nasi, noodles, cereals, kuih, fruits and salad. We also took dinner there. We ordered pastas and they were served with lots of seafood and vegetables. Between, I guess the sauce was mostly made from scratch. And the ingredients were fresh. The taste was awesome. My younger one is always picky with food. Yet she couldn’t stop eating her pasta and other orders 😆 The quality of the food far exceeds the standard for a 3 star hotel. Also, all the food was reasonably priced. With RM170 per night for a superior room, I think the experience and quality far exceed what it should deliver 😊. If you’re looking for a comfortable yet reasonably priced stay in Kuala Terengganu town., I highly recommend this hotel. And my only regret? 4 rooms apartment was spacious even for 2 families, we got new refurbished apartment in floor 8, clean, ( very nice compare to 4 years ago) Breakfast was good , but not many choices but ok with price just add rm 25 for additional breakfast. Near to food stalls at the beach just 5mins Walk

I think it used to be the premier hotel. Large area at reception together with Bayu restaurant.Location is at Batu Buruk beach which is a plus factor and around the city area. Improvement in front of the beach area is still under construction I think. Looking forward to seeing the end product of that part. The left area facing the beach needs total makeup. The overgrown plant should be cleared.A pool section for children is a very good idea together with the water pail hanging up.

Very satisfied with the service from the staff. The child loves taking a bath very much. The day we went the day before the puasa so no one took a bath. One pool for us. The room is also very large and worth the price offered. Front door facing the pool, back door facing the beach, parking is a buzz, overall very satisfied.

************** , the journey to get there is smooth, the location of the chalet is interesting because it is close to the beach, the facilities provided ************** are satisfactory, with the atmosphere of the room which is beautiful and neat, for dining, food stalls are nearby, it is not difficult to find and walk far.

We love the room! Location wise, it wasn't so difficult to find. There's a Tealive outlet downstairs and free designated parking for hotel customers, which we are very thankful for. The hotel has elevators, so its definitely great for people with large suitcases, little kids, or elderly. Room has hot shower, bidet, clothing hangars, clean towels, and TV. It also comes with complimentary shampoo/body wash, tea/coffee making corner, and bottled mineral water. Bed was comfy, pillows just ok, blanket is thick enough, and air-conditioner is also functioning well. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy; there's deposit collected so please remember to bring cash. Worth the money, lovely stay, and also near to Nasi Dagang Atas Tol. Room doesn't have an iron/ironboard but there's an ironing corner at the hallway for our level.

The service was commendable and greatly appreciated, the condition of the room left much to be desired. Updating the furnishings and ensuring better cleanliness and odor control could vastly improve the guest experience. I hope the management considers these improvements, as the staff’s efforts deserve to be matched by the quality of the accommodations. In summary, [Hotel Name] has the potential to be a great place to stay with its excellent service, but it needs some significant upgrades to its facilities to provide a truly comfortable experience.
