"They moved towards sustainability road hence they will not provide free mineral water bottles, toothbrushes and slippers in the room. You will need to request it if you really need it. Room is pretty basic, cleanliness is average. Breakfast provided is not the buffet type, it’s the set dine at the coffee shop. If you want buffet, need to add RM7/person/day. Food is not specifically good."

"The hotel is in a very strategic location and it’s easy to get around. In terms of cleanliness, everything was good. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing — the hot water didn’t function well and only heated up when the water flow was turned down. The location is strategic, but the roof could definitely be improved as it gets quite noisy when it’s windy. It’s also a bit noisy during the day due to the nearby shops at Kea Farm."

"😊 Everything was fantastic – the room, customer service, and parking were all excellent. I was genuinely pleased. The location is also central, and it's not far from Tanah Rata. What truly stood out was the incredibly affordable price; we even got a large and comfortable room! Highly recommended. Oops, I only remembered to take pictures of the room right before checking out! 😅"

"We had a wonderful stay at Cameron Highland Resort. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. SSheril AmirahThe unit is spacious and well maintained, and the location is very good. It was easy to deal with the owner and communication was smooth throughout our stay.
We requested an extra parking space, and the owner was kind enough to help arrange one with an additional charge. Very helpful and accommodating.
Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended, and if we visit Cameron Highlands again, we would definitely love to book this place again.

GGuest UserLocation: Perfect as middle of Cameron. Easy to access Mall and variety of foods.
Service: Firstly, the owner or management gave wrong location. Secondly, the key was located on P1 post box but lift at P2. Thirdly, at Lift B got 1 lift only, need to wait for very long to go to Homestay.
Cleanliness: No complaint on it.
Facilities: All good as the management prepared food amenities with fridge, cooker and electric stove. Other than that bed and room amenities perfect but the Entertainment system sucks, the TV useless for Indians as only got 1 channel to access other than that the TV and Room Fan remotes malfunctions. The balcony table is not there as on example.
Anyway, i loved the location with surrounding entertaining areas and view from the balcony and window.

the things i like was the room very spacious and the toilet also okay.. they provide towel but not toiletries.. if you need water just go outside they provide coway.. ohh if you need to iron your clothes just go the room no 1, the iron room downstairs.. need to que.. overall its okay laa

ZZainuddinThe view was great. But the location is so far away from the main town. Like 15 min up to the hills. So at night, it will be very dark.
We really dont like the room. We do not sleep there that night and decide to book another hotel at brinchang. Because I have a baby and I'm afraid the baby will not sleep well at night.

I really love the cozy SPC wood like flooring.
It feels warm, not cold considering the weather in Cameron Highland. 😅
There were enough beds for us 5 people.
1 queen with single beds in the master bedroom. Double over twin bunk beds in another room which can easily fit 3 people and another bed that can be used as a sofa in the living room.
It's around the night market but bear in mind, the night market is only open from Friday to Sunday.
Otherwise, there were towels available for use. And surprisingly a sejadah also.
The only thing that I want them to improve, is to prepare extra garbage bags.

SSalma SamadIt's comfortable.. it's just that the house has no carpet, no carpet, no towels.. if the little kids come, it's a pity to step on the cold floor.. there's no hanger, no iron board.. even the TV remote doesn't work. If you just want to sleep, you can bring your family if it's suitable because it's a real home
