"U Hotel is a nice choice for a short stay. The room is clean, comfortable, and spacious enough, plus free parking is provided which makes it very convenient. The location is great — right beside Coffee Bean and Lotus, with plenty of shops around to explore by foot. Overall, it’s a good value hotel. Just a small area to improve: the towels should be checked more carefully, as mine had some traces. Other than that, it’s a pleasant and recommended stay"

"The hotel was close to the airport, just 7 km away, so airport transfers with Grab are a breeze. However, there is only one coffee shop selling Chinese food at night and no night market, unlike George Town. We can still get McDonald's or others via Grabfood though. The 5 star restaurant food is good with large servings, affordable due to the strong Sing dollar. The children were delighted by the games room, indoor playground and children's infinity pool. Overall a good experience, given that the stay was enjoyable and the hotel is new, just one year old and the furnishings and fittings in the room are high-class. Not to mention the discount given was generous, 36%."

"Self drive, easy to locate the apartment. Safe as there a friendly and efficient security not only safe guard the entrance of property but he also taking care of checking-in and out and also assist to manage any simple enquires. Nearby have 7-11 and seafood restaurant. Nearby malls too. Downside of the property is noisy, night time can hear shouting and screaming kids, inide unit need some refurbish. Love the view from the balcony, can see Penang bridge and beautiful sunrise. Afterall, for the price we paid, we should not ask for much, it is still a money for value stay."

"For a budget hotel, it was above my expectations. Ade its own mart. There are toiletries, snacks, etc you can straight buy at the reception. Got coway at some floors. It's clean! even on the stairs and hallway. Water heater, tv, towels, etc basics ones made available. Hotel parking got but limited. Definitely leaving a good impression for my impromptu overnight. Keep it up."

"Fantastic Family Stay! Our family of four had an absolutely perfect week at this hotel! The spacious, immaculate rooms easily fit all of us. The amenities were excellent for families, keeping the kids entertained while we relaxed. Dining was always a highlight, with consistently delicious food around the area. The location was ideal for exploring, and what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding, friendly service from the owner. Highly recommend for an amazing family getaway! "A new local Airbnb home, just recently opened for 3 months — we had an amazing night here! Although the residence is located next to the highway leading to Penang Airport, once the windows are closed, you can barely hear any noise from the main road. It’s a huge difference compared to other nearby places I’ve stayed at before. The home is furnished with food quality of furniture, and good brand of aircond. The amenities are excellent, and the house is fully equipped with brand-new kitchen appliances. Totally worth a try — I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I travel to Penang!"
