"Urban inn is my go to inn when im in town, but in recent years seems like the maintenance is getting worse! My room water heater is spoilt with some sound buzzing from the water heater! Turn it off and i didn even complain on the spot cause im just tired and went to sleep after my cold shower! Before checking out i did point out the problem with the receptionist"
