"Rarely come to Kluang, but this time we are setting up for Kluang-Segamat trip and here we are at Hotel Anika. Eventho this is an old kindof hotel, but everything was goood. From the service at the lobby, room and also the parking sesh. Overall was great 👍🏻 Only the cleanliness of the toilet, i really hope below the sink can be wash properly (clorox it at least) because it was hidden spot right? Yah, Just that. Tq very much btw! Gonna stay at here again when stop by kluang."

"If you are arriving by bus, location the hotel is just 5 mins from the bus terminal. It's also within 10-15mins walk to most shopping centres and eateries."

"Ample parking space. Need to drive if want to find some food. Bed is comfy. Room is clean and spacious. Air cond functions well. Old building. Shower pressure is weak. Please improve the cleanliness at the corridor."

"The exterior of the hotel looks a bit dated. However, the room is big and spacious. It's located around the city area and is convenient to travel around Kulai town. The only drawback is the lack of elevators, and you would need to carry your suitcases up the stairs."

"Halal food sorted, all walking distance. There's a local Malay food court, mcdonalds, 7 eleven, dominos all less than 5 minutes walk. Parking is first come first served, provided free by the hotel. The room for 4 was comfortable with 2 queens and 1 bath. 1 of the queen had its own room and tv. Room 102 had a nearby public toilet at the same floor near the lift that became the second toilet when the bath in the room was being used. Overall a good 1 night stay in the middle of town. Would be great to have hair dryer provided."

"I booked for single room, when I entered the room I felt dizzy because the room smell so strong of cigarette. So I told the receptionist about the room. He changed to another room and I got better room. Thank you for solving my problem. Overall, everything is okay because near to terminal, under kluang parade mall and easy to find restaurant."

"Check in smooth dgn depo rm50..reception mesra lyn customer..bilik ok katil ok bilik air ok bersih..cuma plug je sikit..ada 2 je..agak susah nk charge fon n iron baju..kna tukar² setiap kali nk pakai..bole improve dgn bykkn lg plug utk keselesaan..overall okay je utk buat² tdo n relaxkan bdn..kalau nk brcuti mmg xsuggest amik hotel ni.."

"I stayed at this hotel for the first time recently. While it’s not located right in the town centre, the area is surprisingly convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby. It’s also just a short drive to Mount Lambak, which was a nice bonus. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the staff at the front desk were warm and helpful. The room was spotless, and the air-conditioning kept things comfortably cool throughout my stay. That said, there were a few safety concerns worth mentioning. The room didn’t have a peephole on the door, which felt like a small security oversight. The furniture was placed quite close to the bed, making it easy to bump into if you’re not paying attention. In the shower area, the floor tiles had raised edges that blended in with the rest of flooring easy to miss and potentially risky. A caution sign or a bright marking could help prevent accidents. Soundproofing could also be improved. I could hear noises from neighbouring rooms at night, which disrupted the others peaceful atmosphere. Despite these minor issues, my two-night stay was pleasant overall. I’d definitely consider coming back on my next visit."

"The location is very strategic which is next to the Bus Terminal. However there are few demerits during our 2D1N stay. From the first entering the toilet tho it is cleaned but very smelly, maybe due to the drainage system is not being maintained properly. The bedsheet and pillow also have unpleasant smell. The receptionist duh.. dont let me start it. Very rude and annoying. How can a front desk staff show such cold gesture while welcoming the guests 🙄. After coming back from breakfast suddenly our door cannot open while it still half an hour before check out time. When I'm asking the staff why the door cannot open he rudely said checkout 1130 which is stated in the platform BEFORE 1200. Sadly, not going to choose this hotel ever again. Thanks for the ”welcoming” gesture."

"Checked in late for my first night, not much room available, so picked a no windows room but same floor with my sister which checked in earlier than me. It’s noisy night, regular weird sound from bathroom, not having a good sleep. Informed the front desk the next day and the hotel owner was there to explained me the root cause. I got my room changed for my 2nd night, it was a good sleep finally. Overall a good hotel with such reasonable price, down sides would be limited car park, and old building conditions need to be upgrade "
