"Clean hotel with clean room. Good hairdryer, dries hair quickly. Good tv and comfortable bed. Many eateries all around the hotel vicinity, there’s also a laundry shop near the hotel. Massage shops also just next door. Easy check in and check out. Eco hotel because the toiletries are in permanent bottles so zero waste on toiletries that way. Toothbrush and coffee available at the reception to take if needed. There’s lift at hotel for easy floors access. However the toilet is really very small and the arrangement of toilet bowl and sink is quite uncomfortable, too tight a space. Also the shower head angle is very bad and difficult to adjust. Bad toilet experience due to the layout of toilet and facilities. Other than that, it’s quite a nice stay"

"The Management could improve better especially on cleanliness. Blanket & bedsheet got stain everywhere, blood & dirty stain. Curtain also very dirty (this should be taken in actions as the curtain is right beside the bed. Not hygienic). Toilet glass door also quite dirty looks like didn’t brush/ clean it for a long time. Other than that, is ok for us. Thank you for the good services by the polite receptionist. To the management of The Jazz Hotel, please take this review positively as your Hotel location & services is good."

"The check-in counter staff was very friendly and helpful. The family room we had -- Rm # 201 was spacious and clean.The bed was very comfortable.The room was surprisingly quiet; maybe it was because it was a cul-de-sac room. Bathroom was basic but clean. The only thing I dislike was the shower head, which had a spray setting so spread out that caused us to take longer to shower. The bidet water pressure so strong that it's 'hard to use. If the hotel could fix these two problems, it would have sweeten the deal even more. The room cost around $37 at the time of my booking. Overall the hotel makes a good choice in this price range for a one to two nights' stay. P.S. The hotel is located very near to Aeon, where an overhead bridge leads to the other side of the road with lots of f&b offerings."

"The location was strategic with a lot of eateries, convenience shops and located next to Regency Hospital. I checked-in late night and found that the curtain hooks were broken. I called the guy in the reception to fix also mentioned to him that my room has a bit of faulty smell. He came up immediately to fix the curtain hooks and passed me the air freshener for the room. I stayed for one night and left early morning for my meeting. Overall, my stay was Ok."

"Everything was good but the lack of enforcement regarding the non-smoking policy is a major issue. Smoke from guests was evident, causing a strong odor that filled the hallways and infiltrated my room. We selected this hotel specifically for its non-smoking environment. Management needs to address and stringently enforce this policy to maintain the advertised guest experience.”"

"Room abit small as I book deluxe double bed. Sound proofing is not that good, still can hear the people talking at outside or sound of door close. There is a lot of restaurant nearby, location is good."

"Everything is great. The location, the services, the facilities, the cleanliness all is good and satisfying. I've encountered some issue whereas the hotel has double charged me (prepaid through Trip & at the receptionist). However, the issue was solved quickly and they have refunded my money. Thanks to customer service from Trip and also to the hotel."
