There is no hanger, only a hanger stick, the door lock is too bad, it is not recommended to live alone, the sanitation is not very clean, I booked a room with a window, and when I arrived, I was told that there was no room with a window, because I was too late, I don’t want to argue , I don't want to make trouble.

Last minute booking but all good for one night stay. Just comfortable to sleep, shower & rest.

Hotel Jelai is situated in the heart of Mentakab town. It’s surrounded by banks and abundant eateries and restaurants.

Few good hotels here in Mentakab temerloh for 65 a nite this hotel provides a clean tidy functional room wth a flat screen tv very good airconditioning water heater. Across the hotel choices of food theres a bakery chinese restaurant mamak. A 7 eleven convenience store also across the road. Staff very polite. Highly recommended for business traveler coming to small town like mentakab

Clean hotel. The room was small and the table along the wall made it difficult to get to the window and the kettle. Beds comfortable. Toilet was clean but does not come with a shower curtain. Ironing boards outside the rooms. Water cooler is also outside the rooms. The room only has 3+1 coffee so bring your own tea or nescafe. No fridge or safe in the room. The hotel is in a housing area and can be noisy if the zumba class is on in one of the shops. After 9.30 pm it is quiet. There is a 7eleven and a few chinese restaurants that open in the evening. An indian curry house is open during the day. Food can be a problem but you can drive to the town which is only about 5 minutes by car. There is a night market every night in town. No tourist attractions close by so this hotel is good as a stop over.

Clean hotel and staff very friendly

Overall facilities tip top. The furniture is all new and beautiful. The TV is ready with netflix and you can watch youtube once. The room is clean and smells good. Lots of parking spaces. There is another elevator. The best. Can repeat stay here again. I hope there will be no more noise due to illegal motorcycle racing next time. I hope the hotel can report to the authorities if there is still motor noise on weeknights. Thank you
