"My stay at the resort was amazing! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Hospitality was top notch, ambience was perfect. Maybe reduce Buggy wait time during seasonal time as we almost had a rift at the beach with an Asian family who were rude to us, acting like we didn’t belong there. Literally acted like they had the right to tell us not to get on one because they were a group. We didn’t know that as there was no visible queue and profiling bunch of random Chinese people to infer they are in a group would be stereotypical. I understand the resort cannot control the kind of people in their space however I brought it up with our guy at the receptionist who apologized for the situation. I will definitely be back here as I had an amazing time"

"The resort has a two-story building and several log cabins. We stayed in the two-story building, which was pretty good. The swimming pool was great, and the sun was great. There was a pier next to the entrance, and there were many restaurants. There was a service fee for accommodation, 10 yuan per person per day, and we were charged 40 yuan for room service. This is very strange. Isn't it your responsibility to clean the room? Moreover, you can choose not to clean it. But you still have to pay. I feel this is very unreasonable. I will complain to Ctrip. This is opened by Indians. Indians are serious about their work, but they are fussy and annoying."

"First of all, sgt puas hati dgn service dri indian guy (the receptionist) and the girl..actually kena check in kul 3pm tp sy dibenarkan utk check in kul 12pm..thank u guys for the grat service..the swimming pool was great..puas anak mandi..view laut..mak2 bole santai2 dkt cafe yg dkt dgn pool..makanan pn murah dan sedap.. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore Pangkor Island while still providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. Overall, an excellent choice for both leisure and short getaways. "When we checked in, they offered us an upgrade to newly renovated premium room (with a fee). We took the offer. Nice, spacious and comfortable room with big balcony and sea view. Breakfast is good. First day it was a set selection from their menu. 2nd day it was a buffet breakfast. Dutyfree shop and a supermarket at lobby floor, very convenient"

"Location is good, we rent a car with them, very convenient to hang around the island, our room at 2nd floor nice view, have towel and all the amenities, aircon is good, WiFi is not working, shower heater ok, shower drain needs improvement"

"Everything is ok but service was very minimal. During checkout, we asked for help getting a taxi to the jetty. Staff only tried one number, got no answer, and told us to walk to the main street to find any taxi. Most places would usually try a few more numbers. Luckily we had no luggage, but this was disappointing."

"Nearby jetty with lots of duty free shops and eateries around. Receptionist was helpful but room was basic. Price was reasonable."
